Never had any problems at the Springboro location. Food is really good and so is the service.
Employees are very courteous and friendly, but the restaurant setup is primarily for drive through customers. If you go in, you'll have to wave to them to get their attention. The employees are all wearing headsets so they can't hear you either.
As far as KFC goes, this location does not disappoint. My chicken tenders were excellent and the fries were perfectly crisp while soft on the inside. The included biscuit was also pretty delicious.
