Food was good. Taking away a star because I got a veggie bowl and they charged me for "extra veggies." I asked for an extra bit of veggies after receiving the smallest pinch of them. When I asked for extra, I received another even smaller pinch. Still got less veggies than I get from any other Hot Head, and they charged me extra. Extra veggies shouldn't even cost extra anyway when getting a veggie bowl. They were playing terrible modern country in the store. Turn that off, please....read full review
Great food always and fresh. Great staff. Kind if like a Mexican Subway. You tell them what you want and they fix it for you. Wonderful selection from mild to very hot and everything in between. Have been to several in the Dayton area and always completely satisfied.

No, I'm not over-exaggerating. I honestly think that this place is underrated, and I realize that people are more inclined to leave a review when they have a bad experience, but personal experiences vary. Like, with me, every time I've been here, the ingredients were fresh, the employees were friendly, the place was clean, and the food was affordable.
