I had food delivered! They didnt leave an item I called the store to tell them the manager Angel began to tell me it was delivered when it wasn't Angel the store manager said well ill call the driver and hung up on me! Do better Marcos! Update the item was brought back to my house the delivery man Robert was so nice and apologetic! Will be contacting corporate on the store manager being so rude!
Had to share an interesting thing that happened last night. I ordered a pizza and had marked for it to be cut in squares, and this is what I received. Cut style on a pizza isn’t a very common modification so I understand the situation where you’re in the flow of things and cut it like normal then realize the issue when you double check the ticket. We ordered pizza from Marco’s tonight and accidentally received the wrong one. I called, and they immediately made it right. Zero hassle, no back and forth.
