The absolute worst pizza ever. Threw it away. Greasiest crust, totally soaked the cardboard box. Never again. Great TV marketing commercials, too bad the pizza doesn't live up to the marketing.

The pizza is good but not worth it due to poor service and bad management. We ordered from this restaurant for several months with several mistakes being made. However, it wasn't the mistakes but how management chose not to fix any of them that was the issue. On two occasions the delivery order was incorrect. On both those occasions, management indicated they would fix it, if, and only if, we drove to the restaurant to pick up the correct order. (The order was a delivery order). On the third and last occasion, the restaurant did not make a pick up pick up order that we made. When we told management we could not wait 20 minutes at the restaurant for the order, management refused to fix it and actually insulted me and my wife. Three strikes your out and certainly more than enough in this case. Order at your own risk, literally.

Always loved Marco’s , the Troy location..awesome. This location is far from awesome . Ordered over 2 hours in advance, they still managed to start the pizza when I arrived for pick up. Order was completely wrong. Why is the app for this store totally different? Lost my rewards. Screw this Marcos.
