“I want to thank Manager C. Vance for inviting me to a second opportunity to try the Applebee’s sirloin steak. Unfortunately my medium rare sirloin was only slightly better than the first. The issue with both sirloins was the tough stringy gristle found throughout the meat. Flavor was good but you have to be very careful not to get choked because the meat just doesn’t want to separate while chewing it. Despite this negative I do recommend Applebee’s, just know it’s not a steakhouse. I look forward to returning and trying the other items on the menu. Again thank you for the excellent customer service from both you and the entire staff.“

“My trip through the druve-thru this afternoon was excellent. The order taker was prompt, the line moved quickly, and the employee by the name of Isha at the first window greeted me with a friendly smile and great conversation. I parked afterward to go inside to grab a few condiments that I forgot, and the 2 ladies near the front counter were also very friendly. Sometimes small & simple everyday interactions can change a person's entire day, and just by the warm smiles and authentic care the crew showed me, I left a little more cheerful than what I already was. Great job Springboro crew!“

“Once again, I ordered somwthing through the app they were out of in store: their original Frosty. I really don't like the vanilla, nor the add-ins, but they offered to mix in the brownie batter syrup and blend it to try and make it chocolaty. I was appreciative. It was VERY chocolaty, but still better than the vanilla. I wish the app would update when the location is out of an item, as this is the 2nd or 3rd time we've had this issue. The staff is always nice and offers to try and accommodate. It's not even summer yet, though, so issues with the Frosties does not bode well, this early.
We had to wait on our food for some time and, while our fries were piping hot and fresh (Yay!), I can't say the same for our burgers. The cheese wasn't even melted on either and we had the Baconator and Son of Baconator. The sandwiches were made right, and everything tasted fine. I always appreciate their congeniality and effort. I just hope the details can get rectified.“
