My trip through the druve-thru this afternoon was excellent. The order taker was prompt, the line moved quickly, and the employee by the name of Isha at the first window greeted me with a friendly smile and great conversation. I parked afterward to go inside to grab a few condiments that I forgot, and the 2 ladies near the front counter were also very friendly. #2 best mcdonald's in springboro reminds me of the one in grove city ohio
I took my daughter to the indoor playground and she wanted McDonalds for lunch, which is connected to the same parking lot. We decided to dine in. It was past 11am, so prime lunch time around a busy area. The door had a professional sign to order from the kiosk for faster service, so we did.
I ordered a Happy Meal and I got the McChicken Meal (I order with no lettuce and pickles on it so it did have to be made fresh).

However, there can be wait times, even with ordering ahead on the app, and coffee drinks may not be available due to machine issues. The McRib sandwich is a favorite, and the Holiday Pie is also a hit. The mobile app is speedy, but the atmosphere may vary. They have you pull around the building or into a side spot every time you go through the drive thru to wait for your food.
