Breakfast customers beware if you're ordering Biscuits & Gravy. What was once a serving of two Biscuits is now two halves but charging the same price with no corporate roll out of this policy. Other local franchises are doing this as well. Menu still says two biscuits ( totaling 940 calories ).
In the drive through, it seemed like none of the employees knew how to accurately deliver good customer service. Of all of the McDonalds I have been to, this is the only one that seemed to be dismissive and gave absolutely no effort into adding someone to sandwich that I specifically asked for many times. No shade but it’s just 16 year olds running this place and didn’t seem like they had much manners.
Very nice team members!

McDonald's is a popular restaurant known for its fresh and hot food. The customer service is understanding and great, though orders are wrong a lot at this location. However, there can be wait times, even with ordering ahead on the app, and coffee drinks may not be available due to machine issues. The McRib sandwich is a favorite, and the Holiday Pie is also a hit. The mobile app is speedy, but the atmosphere may vary. They have you pull around the building or into a side spot every time you go through the drive thru to wait for your food.
