Arby's, a popular fast-food restaurant, has received mixed reviews from customers. The food is generally considered typical Arby's fare, but the restaurant's cleanliness and customer service have faced some criticism.
Recent reviews highlight issues with the restaurant's condition, mentioning dry food, stale fries, and the need for better maintenance. However, there are positive comments about the quality of certain meals, such as the classic roast beef sandwiches, and the friendliness of some staff members. One customer noted a great experience with Freddy, who was described as super helpful and friendly.
While some diners have had disappointing experiences, others have found the food to be good and the service to be great, with one mentioning that the restaurant was clean during their visit. Despite occasional complaints about the food and maintenance, many customers seem willing to return to Arby's, suggesting that with some improvements, it could offer a more satisfactory dining experience.
