It was ok place to lunch. The place was clean. We were greeted nicely and our order was quickly made. The beef and cheddar was ok. Felt like it was lacking cheese sauce and flavor some and seemed to be thrown together a little haphazardly. It wasn't any cheaper buying just the sandwiches and small drinks with a fry to share than it would have been just to get two meal deals. The food was typical Arby’s food. But the restaurant was in disrepair, and I’m pretty sure there is a black mold issue (the carpet has obviously had water damage and the legs of the chairs have black mold). The hard floors were also soaked and greasy. It had been raining, and there were no rugs or anything to dry shoes, so we nearly fell multiple times.The bathrooms were also fairly dirty, with no paper towels and a broken dryer.
