“This is the Subway located in downtown Franklin, OH. Everyone is always friendly and work hard to meet the demand of midsize and even large groups. The only drawback for these type groups is lack of available parking. The crew does a great job, though and the food is always good.“

“Gas was about 10 cents more expensive at the station than other nearby locations, but that's the price you have to pay for getting a Subway sub.Service was fast, and the associate was friendly.Place was clean overall.Meatball sub sandwich was tasty.Go into the gas station next door for a much better drink selection (like a blue raspberry slush).Recommended.“

“The Subway located inside of the Franklin Walmart is a convenient location, when you are shopping & don't want to cook when you get home after a busy day you can just pick up a couple of sandwiches, salads or freshly baked cookies literally on your way out the door. It's the healthier alternative to other fast foods.“

“I work 3rd shift at a factory across the street and have started coming to this subway for lunch at least once a week sometimes more and it's probably the best subway I've been to and had in quite some time. The woman who works 3rd shift there with glasses in her early 40s (I hate that I've never gotten her name I need to remember to ask her) is absolutely phenomenal! On my 2nd visit ever she remembered exactly what I wanted (I'm a creature of habit and get the same thing every time lol) and had recited it off perfectly to me and was making it before I could even get a few words out. She makes food like she's preparing it for herself and takes the time and effort to make it just right! She never rushes me or acts bothered and we always usually have a nice chat before I go. Being on 3rds it's never really busy when I go around my 3am lunch time and the few times she hasn't been there the person I get always acts like it's a huge bother they have to get up and do something. I wish I was her boss because she'd definitely get the raise she deserves! In a world where customer service is dying it's always a nice change going in and having someone who actually cares about you and their work ethic. I literally live 2 minutes from the subway on 2nd Street in Franklin but since coming to this one make the extra drive because the food is always so much better.“

“Ordered a gluten free sub and watched them wipe down the area, switch gloves and knifes, before they even started making the sub! It really made my day to have the employees take the extra steps without me even asking, to help make my food safely!“

“This was an awesome stop on our car trip. I had never been to a Jersey Mike's but the guy behind the counter was wonderful. He handled my friend's gluten allergy perfectly and made fun conversation while he worked. Definitely influenced me to visit Jersey Mike's again!“

“Best sandwich place in town. Quite possibly the best restaurant in town! Staff is always friendly and professional. Restaurant is always clean. Food is excellent, especially the Roast Beef and Provolone done Mike's way. I love that I can earn points for free food.
Also, I overheard the manager handling a complaint over the phone. She was very professional and understanding with the caller. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she deserves a bonus or raise. Jersey Mike's is lucky to have her running the restaurant! Again, don't know her name, but she was working Thursday evening, about 7:30 May 28th.“

“I love the food at Jersey Mike's. No matter the location food is always top quality. The store itself is clean and well-maintained. My wait wasn't too long so that was great. The two problems with this specific location are: the staff and handling of foods with allergies. I'm giving grace on these things because most of the workers were young and it seems liked the one guy was new. They were very loudly talking about various places they vacationed while also helping customers. Not a huge issue for me, but you could tell they were distracted by trying to carry the conversation on and help customers. As for my allergy, they handled it like every other shop - wiped down the machine and the areas around the line, they also put my bread on a different paper, and changed gloves. Where the issue happened was that the newer guy used the mayo that was on the line, which the knife was on non-gluten bread so cross contamination happened. This is just a good relearning moment on allergies for your staff. Every other Jersey Mike's uses the squeeze bottles for allergies. Not sure if this was just a new person who didn't know, but nobody else guided him to do anything differently.“

“Just want to say that I go to several different jersey mikes religiously throughout the month, and this location is the best one by far. My food was made accordingly, and deliciously. The bread was so soft. And the staff were so polite. This location specifically is my favorite now. So thank you to all of the staff there!“
