I've only ever picked up an online order and haven't actually sat down to eat, but each time the staff is incredibly friendly and the store feels remarkably clean. I believe this will become a pretty regular spot for us in the future!
There is no comparison between Jersey Mike's and Subway/Jimmy John's. The food is better at Jersey Mike's and the workers don't look like they'd rather be anywhere else. The service is always better and the food, while just a sandwich, is tastier.

My son and I have Celiac disease. We don’t go to restaurants very often. This Jersey Mike’s goes out of their way to make us feel confident and secure with eating their subs. They clean the machines so thorough. It’s amazing.!!!I’m so impressed with all the staff how friendly and understanding they are.
