I went through the drive thru at about 6p at the Far Hills Ave McDonalds in Centerville. I want to give a shout out to the young man working the cash register. He was polite and friendly. He was wearing a mask but I could tell he was smiling. Thank you for the positivity.

Something has dramatically changed over the past few months. Quality and service has gone significantly downhill. I rarely visit McDonald’s, but when I do, this is the only one that I visit. The other week I stopped by to get a meal. I was asked to pull over into one of the waiting spots and proceeded to have to wait 20 minutes.
