We had a great experience today at Penn Station, Monroe. We were greeted promptly by a friendly staff and they had great rapport with us and each other. You could tell they genuinely care and enjoyed their job. The place was spotless and everything was stocked. It’s becoming more rare these days to see this sort of attention and care in this industry.
