3 stars for phone orders…the food is still good, but you may or may not get what you ordered. Here’s a sandwich we just got with ZERO meat on it, when it was supposed to be turkey. The large fries we ordered was a medium at best and the other sandwich we got had tomatoes when we asked for no toppings. Plus, the girl on the phone was rude.
I don't understand why it takes so long to make a sub and I don't understand how u can raw fries from the manager or why employees show up for work at noon lunch rush starts before

When you go to Penn Station, and get everything that you want. Service was great, food was great, the employees were great, and even the other customers were very friendly. It was a great experience, thanks y'all ?
