I looked at all the negative reviews for this location. However, my experience was excellent. Upon further review, I couldn't help but notice that most negative reviews involved delivery which makes me think that quite possibly, the problem is not with Jimmy John's or the employees at this location but rather the delivery service used. The staff went above and beyond to help me with a catering order. They were incredibly helpful and even help me set up my order when it was delivered! Will definitely be coming back!!

I went to JJ on Saturday and it was amazing. I never leave reviews, but I just have to. Thank you to the awesome staff for being so friendly and upbeat and making two delicious Totally Tuna sandwiches! I had an ‘Unwhich’ and it was beautifully wrapped and didn’t even fall apart. Unfortunately I am not able to remember your names, but there were two gentlemen and a lady. Thank you again! You are awesome and the best experience I have had at any take out place!
