“We actually stopped by this McDonald's location 2 times yesterday and I was Very impressed, Especially with a young man named Shannon that was wearing a reflective vest and proficiently operating the register, while simultaneously delivering orders to waiting customers outside, but he was also helping filling orders,I'd chance to say that young man is going to go somewhere in life and I'd say he's got promotions coming in the near future, Also the restroom and the over all restaurant and even the parking lots were exceptionally clean !!!!! Kudos to the cleaning staff,I can only imagine the hard work you all put in on a daily basis to maintain the clean environment of the McDonald's located in Vandalia Ohio on National road“

“White Castle good is great anyways. The breakfast!!!! OMG!!!! Was here to pickup a load. The wonderful team in shipping and receiving made sure trailer temp was okay and confirmation for pick-up was on point. Cool laid back spot to get loaded at. Without mine coming back ANYTIME!!!!!! “The staff here has always been super helpful and friendly!! Once, when I accidentally ordered a dish with an allergen that my friend couldn't eat, the staff graciously fixed me another bowl to replace it. I wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me with that so I could give her a personal shout out! Love the fresh ingredients and the way you can personalize any menu item. The Hot Head sauce is a bit spicy, but really worth it for the flavor. The fajita veggies are also a good add on for no extra cost if I understand correctly. There seems to be a steady stream of business here when I've stopped in, but I've never had to wait long to get served. Definitely recommend!

“Ordered multiple party platters from this location. They were extremely accommodating as we wanted to deviate off the established menu offering. They were so nice - allowed us to change out meat selections and breads without any fuss at all. Picked them up an hour before the event, and sandwiches and toppings were all fresh and delicious. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great job!“
