“I usually go to Taco Bell if I get off early from work and they’re usually pretty good but last night I got off and I asked for easy Bean every time with no lettuce on a burrito and this time that’s all that was on there but I called the store and the manager his name is Andy said he was very very sorry and the next time I come in the Burritos on him And I told him I didn’t want anything just the next time make sure they make it right but he insisted, that is a good manager and Wendy’s and McDonald’s need to take some tips off this manager on how to talk to people when they’re angry that their food wasn’t quite right thank you, Andy!!!??So… it’s 03/08/24 and once again I got to Taco Bell to get the free burrito the messed up the week previous so when I get in the line I ask for Andy and they tell me there is no manager by the name of Andy and I said well yes there is because my order got messed up last week and I called and he said that I could get a free burrito just say his name so I did but they said there wasn’t no one there by that name so I asked to talk to the manager cause I figured he was working but no, it was a girl I said who is the bigger guy Manager that works Fri And they say his name is Adam so I’m sorry Adam that I got your name wrong and they did make my burrito. Thank you so much.????“
“It was a very clean place, and the food seemed a little high. The atmosphere was fantastic and the employees had kinda and great Customer service towards their customers.... I can truly appreciate the customer service side of it. It's nice to know employers still expect their employees to be kind and courteous....“

“Back in my hometown on a family visit, my wife and I along with my 2 sisters decided to have lunch here. It's a very traditional old-time setup where orders are placed at one window and picked up at the other. There is also a drive through window. My wife and sisters chose the Sloppy Joe, which they loved, and I ordered the shredded chicken sandwich, which I've been anticipating for weeks. The orders were taken quickly by a friendly young lady and the food was ready almost immediately. We took our food and drinks to one of the picnic tables outside. My shredded chicken sandwich was delicious, and was everything I expected it to be. Having eaten our sandwiches, we all went back inside and ordered treats. My sisters each enjoyed a vanilla soft-serve cone, and my wife and I shared a peanut buster parfait...outstanding. It was good to experience this longtime business again!“
“Customer service needs improvement via the very unethusiastic drive thru staff -as usual. Not been inside to see if they're friendlier there. I wish they weren't always out of stuff too. But their coffee is definitely better than dunkin down the road.“

I've never waited less than 15 minutes but the average wait is 22 minutes.Their food is still good though, that's the only reason I still go there occasionally but those times are getting less and less“
“I came to this KFC because I’ve never been to this location before. I heard about KFC having a new menu item “Chizza” it’s chicken filets topped with marinara sauce cheese and pepperoni. It was actually pretty decent. Overall, this location is big and clean.“
“Eating at Subway is a nice and healthy choice for lunch. You now order at a kiosk and pay at the register. They made my sub right and had it ready so fast. Thank you ladies at Subway ! You can choose to eat inside or outside too. Will be back ! ?“
“This is the quickest drive through around. I didn't have to pull up and wait on my food. When I got up to the food window outcame my drinks and out paying my food. Good management, friendly employees definitely will go back to this Urbana store.“
“A few weeks ago we had our order come up wrong. And, after numerous calls I was finally able to speak the the shift manager. We ordered a thin pizza and got a pan (whick went through the call center) (most of them barely speak English). Anyway the shift manager said he would fix it for us but we had to do it that night. I explained that we lived 30 minutes away and after much conversation he said he would comp us a pizza. (We also paid more for a pan pizza). Nevertheless, tonight we went to the store and the shift manager wasn't there. But, his boss was. He said he would make it right, (of which, they normally do not do). So with much gratitude we will return to this store. And, we thank them for an excellent pizza.“
