“Understaffed and unappreciated staff still manages to do their best. Some of you getting all uppity because your "latte" wasn't perfect should consider the people who showed up to work just so you could stay in your car and judge them from a distance. I bet when they walk out, you'll be glad to wait a few minutes more.“
