“Absolutely adore the atmosphere here, the lofi music is the best. The people behind the counter were super sweet and kind, they were awesome. Will be frequenting more, esp to see the plant babies.UPDATE: I returned after close as I was stranded with a dead phone. I was also crying, as the entire reason I was stranded was because of my disability. I also had a rough day. The owner was so sweet, she let me inside so I could use an outlet and made sure I was well taken care of. The Waiting Room will become part of my weekly routine, as it is a safe accomodating place as well as an enjoyable experience.“

“Service was prompt and friendly, though I felt like we were rushed and it wasn't very busy. They took one of our orders and gave us a total without asking if the other person would be ordering together or separately. Didn't ask if we'd been ordering chocolates or pastries. Just an odd thing to do.Dietary restrictions: No chocolates are vegan. Non-dairy customers will need to ask which coffee drinks can be made with alternate milk.Parking: Parking lot and drive-thru“

“Hailey / Haley (not sure how she spells it) deserves a raise. I don’t go to Starbucks much so I wasn’t sure what to order but instead of leaving me to take a risk on a random drink, she asked what type of general drink I was in the mood for and crafted me up something that I don’t even think was on the menu and it was the best drink I’ve ever had in my life. Not to mention how friendly she was throughout the whole interaction. She even gave a little girl who was watching her work some chocolate chips. Hailey’s out here just making everyone’s day, hope I’m back in the area soon to visit this location again.“

“I rarely eat fast food but when I order McDonald's I utilize their apps, points and coupons. My food is always correct and hot and tastes great. If I wait, it's not very long. The workers are always polite. Happy to see them update/upgrade and rebuild this one.“

“The ladies that work here in the morning are mostly all delightful. Excellent service.The only thing I would change is the volume of the stupid auto greeting at the drive thru speaker. It seems as though it is always about 30 notches too high. It literally hurts my ears.“

“This is the cutest place! The ladies working here are so sweet every time I go in there. The food is always fresh and tasty! I highly recommend any of the iced coffees and their yummy salads. My all time favorites are their oatmeal cookies.“

“I’m new to this area and this morning a friend and I tried Winans for the first time! We had no idea what to get so Eddie, who was working the drive thru, helped us with fun drink recommendations! Our drinks were delicious and Eddie was so kind and helpful! He also signed me up for the points system which I’m excited to start! We’ll definitely be back :)“

“My coworkers & I have been going to Winans Choclates & Coffee for a while now. First, we were going to the one in Troy. When we heard our favorite barista, Ashley moved to Piqua location on Spring Street to become a manager there, we just had to start going to that location. Ashley is friendly, loves her job, and her store is always clean and presentable. She takes pride in everything she does. When any of us walk in, she knows our drinks before ordering, which in my opinion is amazing considering some days there is eight to ten of us. Keep up the great work Ashley! Wherever you go, you have a pack of coffee lovers ready to follow you!“
