“Great atmosphere, delicious sweets, rich chai tea, but the staff is awesome! My mother and I stopped in yesterday and walked out without one of our purses. We got home before realizing it was gone. A quick call to Glacier and all was well. They found the purse, made sure nothing appeared to have been stolen and secured it while patiently waiting for us to come back. It was cold outside so they even suggested we come through the drive thru to pick it up. What could have been a really bad afternoon turned out to be just a drive in the countryside. Thank you to the wonderful employees at Glacier View for you kindness and professionalism, we appreciate you enormously! By the way, they also have a tip jar for a local charitable organization, how great is that?!“

“This is one of my favorite coffee locations in Ohio! If the creativity of the selection of drinks wasn't a big enough sell and the homemade pastries, the visual atmosphere is by far one of the most unique and creative designs I have seen in a coffee house! It is a redesigned silo! That is right! The backyard is absolutely beautiful and offers so many activities along with a wonderful seating arrangement. My only complaint is that I don't live close enough to it! But I take my friends here when they are in town, I have taken my family here when they visited because I just want them to see how amazing this place truly is!“

“This is the best Winans. Classic coffeehouse atmosphere for those who need a space to work or visit with a small group of friends. Attentive baristas who deliver friendly and efficient service. They can get you in and out in a hurry, but the environment is welcoming enough you may want to stick around awhile. It’s pretty good.

Parking: The parking lot is small and shared with two other businesses—sometimes the drive thru line makes navigating tricky, but I’ve always been able to find a spot.“

“I love the owner , typically this is a fantastic restaurant but lately the service has not been up to their normal standards and the food and latte s have not been up to their typical standards. I hate leaving a bad review as I am a restaurant manager but they can’t fix what they don’t know. I have had 3 cold grilled cheese, an employee that gave me the wrong order and expected me to take it and pay for it and was rude. We are all going through a difficult time getting reliable and good employees , and keeping our standards where we expect them to be so I still recommend this location, I m simply posting so the owner knows there are areas that need to be addressed.“
