I love the owner , typically this is a fantastic restaurant but lately the service has not been up to their normal standards and the food and latte s have not been up to their typical standards. I hate leaving a bad review as I am a restaurant manager but they can’t fix what they don’t know. I have had 3 cold grilled cheese, an employee that gave me the wrong order and expected me to take it and pay for it and was rude. We are all going through a difficult time getting...read full review
I don't go to Tim Hortons often but I hope to come back soon. Love the double chocolate donuts! They were kind and patient as I needed some extra time looking at the menu. Food service workers don't get enough credit for what they do. Thank you guys!!! I will return again in the future.
The floor is sticky. The service is slow. They didn’t get my order right but I didn’t get a receipt so I can’t dispute.
