Everytime I pull through to give my order, they; as kind people always know it is me Thomas Paul Robinson. They always are the most kind, pleasant and professional ladies and gentlemen. I tip well and always try and make them feel appreciated with a happy face and compliments and a laugh.. Starbucks, as an entity; fill every void that we all need as patrons. Hats off to management.
