I wanted to say a Big Thank You to the employees at our Troy Oh store We had more people than expected for our grandson!s first birthday party. I called and made an order but then called back and doubled the order. Picked up the food that they had prepared fresh chicken and biscuits for my order. I was 5 minutes early so I waited patiently for my hot biscuits and chicken. Thank you we will be back ❤️
Food good, place was swamped tonight waited 30min to be rang up for buffet. 10 plus people behind me and mgmt in back only working on drive through orders with at least 3 other employees while 1 person working register with practically no help to make orders. Mgmt needs to be fixed.
