Came at 7 minutes till 10Store closes at 10 they would not even acknowledge us at the drive thru. If your hours are till 10pm I u worked 4 me u would be disabled. Or terminated for costing me money for no reason.

This is a chicken wing? Went through the drive-thru. Had to go back in to get utensils and napkins. I seemed to bother the girl who was mopping. Food tastes good, but wouldn’t recommend this KFC.

Management is super friendly and helpful, the staff members are all having fun while working. I got myself a lunch and it was less than $15 and super quick to get out to me as well.Parking: Plenty of close parking spots to the front door.
Me and my husband stopped in for pickup after long day at work and had the privilege of having Keeta help us with ordering from the menu. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She changed our mood and we had a better night for it. Thanks Keeta again.

placed mobile order through app while I was pulling into the parking lot and entered the store about 5 minutes later and the food was already waiting for me on the takeout stand. Food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Went through the drive through and ordered a 16 piece tenders box. From the moment the young lady got on speaker, she had an attitude. Once at the window, her attitude continued. We got home and realized we only received 13 of 16 pieces. I'm sorry, but if I'm willing to pay $35 for that, I expect the service to be pleasant and the order, which was simple, to be correct. not only that, it was the manager who boxed the chicken! Get it together y'all!
The nuggets were mostly hard and dried out. The fries were hard and cold. I love KFC but not this location.

Ordered the number one with a Mountain dew no ice and a mac and cheese and replacement of the mashed potatoes. So what do I get a Mountain dew with ice and mashed potatoes. I'm guessing it takes more than a Troy high school diploma to read that I want Mac and Cheese and no ice or did they not put my order in right? Either way #incompetence is this store's banned now.
