My boyfriend and I did a curbside order and they were waiting on a cookie that we ordered to cool; they made sure to that we were ok with waiting for a few minutes to get the right cookie! We really appreciated it and she was very apologetic about our wait when bringing them out to us!
I absolutely love Crumbl cookies! Best gourmet cookies ever! I first tried them in Portland Oregon back in 2022 and I’ve been hooked since now they are brining one to my home town of Troy Ohio grand opening is today and I cannot wait!
