I ordered a sweet 16 cake for my daughter’s birthday party. There was a couple issues and I was short on time for a fix. The owners went above and beyond to correct. Drove completely out of their way to pick up the cake and even drive it back, 45 minute drive each way. Very caring, thank you again!

Cold Stone Creamery offers fantastic ice cream treats, with the birthday cake remix being a must-try. The cleanliness of the shop and friendly staff are highlights, although service can be a bit slow and awkward at times. Some customers have experienced issues with online orders taking priority over in-person customers, and irregular hours can be a downside. Despite some hiccups, the overall experience at Cold Stone Creamery is positive, with delicious treats and a welcoming atmosphere.
