“The best 3rd wave coffee roaster in the area, and the best food of any coffee shop in the area. PC currently uses V60 and Chemex brewers, though they also serve batch brew and create many new espresso drinks (not using single origin beans for espresso currently). Their cortados are excellent! The food is amazing: giant breakfast sandwich, or bison burger, roasted sweet potatoes, or breakfast plate, and a plethora of baked goods. Because PC partners with local growers and bakers, the prices for food are higher than prepackaged generic food. Read the menu and ask questions. I believe the prices are fair to support local businesses. The baristas are friendly and helpful if you have questions. They typically get a little crowded on weekends, but early risers will have the place to themselves.“
“Go to the ulbrichs in Troy Ohio where I live at 7:30 and they don't have cinnamon rolls they don't have the bavarian cream they don't have the regular cream filled but they could sell you a glaze donut then they open at 7 and they say this is what they get This is why I quit going there before and this is why I'll quit going there again because they don't care about their customers I think they should have the same donuts piqua has.why have a donut shop if u aren't going to sell a variety. I guess I will give my business to someone else“
