The best 3rd wave coffee roaster in the area, and the best food of any coffee shop in the area. PC currently uses V60 and Chemex brewers, though they also serve batch brew and create many new espresso drinks (not using single origin beans for espresso currently). Their cortados are excellent! Haven't reviewed places of late even though I travel around frequently. This place deserves a mention. I have stopped in here on 4 occasions the past month and enjoyed it each time. Nice feel when you walk in lots of space inside if you choose to sit down. Coffee is smooth and consistent and they have a nice selection of hot and cold coffees and teas and all the homemade baked items I tried were very good. I gave Purebred 5 stars because frankly they deserve it.

The drinks are delicious. Best Espresso around! My husband is a big fan of the drip coffee. And you have try the pop tart and Cinnamon roll! The place is a whole vibe and the staff is really friendly and fun to talk to!
