“We ordered takeaway for Thanksgiving, and everything was cooked to perfection—the lasagne, brie, and olive cake were outstanding. The flavors were exquisite, and the staff was friendly and very service-oriented. Parking downtown Dayton was easy, and we’ll definitely be back.“

“It was National Lunch Hero day and my Good friend had stopped at 5 frenchies and gotten doughnuts to bring to My staff and I at school. long story short I chose a Rosebud which I've been dying to try. It was THEE BEST doughnut I've ever had in my 42 years of life. Also the most beautiful doughnut/pastry I've ever seen. I'm hooked! 🌹🤤“

“I had her Fall Sampler (4 mini cakes) @ the Cincinnati Coffee Festival. I am so glad I did!! They are so good!!! Perfect amount of rum and other flavors. I can still remember the taste. Glad I got the sampler. I loved them all, and couldn't decide on just one .“
“My wife ordered me a cake for my birthday. I love carrot cake, but it’s hard to find a good one. Not something that seems to be too common any longer… Long story short, this was one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had. Very moist, good texture from the nuts and a little soft pop from the carrots. Simply Amazing!! ! We also tried their Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle Cookies and their Banana Nut Muffins. I’ve never been much of a fan of snickerdoodle cookies(wife loves them), but these were very good. Soft and chewy and just a good cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing, slight hint of salt just to enhance the flavor of the chocolate. The muffin was moist and had a great banana nut flavor. Pretty much everything we received was extremely well baked and delicious!!!“

“Some of the greatest pies in America! While I haven’t lived in the Dayton area for 20 years, any time I’m in the area for work I ALWAYS make a stop for sweet treats to bring back home to Alabama. Every person I have introduced to Mehaffie’s has fallen in love with their pies. This most recent trip I had 2 coworkers with me and we left out of there with over 10 pies. My haul was 2 sugar cream, 1 strawberry, 1 peanut butter and 1 pecan. We stopped and grabbed a cooler and they made the 7 hour trip home with no issue! My family divided our spoils among other local Daytonites. If y’all figure out a way to ship these pies, most importantly the sugar cream ones…I’d like to be the first in line.“
“The ladies did an amazing job on my sons birthday cookie! They put a huge bass jumping out of the water for a lure and it looked so good! He loved it! We ordered a large rectangle cookie cake ❤️ always a great experience!“

The theme was “Aged to perfection” as he is obsessed w bourbon lol Kathy was prompt on responses, very friendly to work with, professional and made an amazing cake that was so tasty & looked great!
