“This location was recently remodeled to add additional seating and improved the efficiency of the drive-thru. The food and service levels are typically excellent. My wife ordered the 8 count chicken nuggets today. She only received 7 and the majority of them were very small and lukewarm. I discussed the issue with Shanequa, one of the Chick Filet team members. She immediately addressed the issue and replaced the nuggets with a new fresh hot order. We appreciate that she took the initiative and provided excellent customer service! Thank you Shanequa!“

I called and made an order but then called back and doubled the order. Picked up the food that they had prepared fresh chicken and biscuits for my order.
