“I love the owner , typically this is a fantastic restaurant but lately the service has not been up to their normal standards and the food and latte s have not been up to their typical standards. I hate leaving a bad review as I am a restaurant manager but they can’t fix what they don’t know. I have had 3 cold grilled cheese, an employee that gave me the wrong order and expected me to take it and pay for it and was rude. We are all going through a difficult time getting reliable and good employees , and keeping our standards where we expect them to be so I still recommend this location, I m simply posting so the owner knows there are areas that need to be addressed.“

“If you want to throw some doughnuts in a box to take to work, on your way to work, this is the place. Other than that, their hours are a bit inconvenient. I'm pretty sure 1 lady runs the whole thing, so I'm not upset, but I would check their hours before you go. A smaller selection, but there's never a wait, and they're pretty good doughnuts. Normally there's plenty of parking. And the doughnuts are normally a pretty good variety too, unlike some places with trays and trays of the same thing.“

“I have been to Dunkin’ Donuts around the country, and this has the best staff and best food of any oh them! They have a unique oven for their sandwich breads rather than a toaster oven.“

“I don't know how many times I've been through the drive thru and the workers were rude. Not speaking at all at the window is ridiculous.And if you are out of something, how about just saying so instead of saying "No! Can't have that". That literally just happened a few minutes ago. The coffee is never consistent either. I normally don't write bad reviews, but something needs to change.“
