I've been going there for over a year now always nice and have great customer service. They remember my order and help ne when I wanna chnage it up.. “I wanted to give a s/o to this wonderful homemade donut shop. Thank you so much for keeping Miltons alive and even better than its ever been. Ive been coming here since the 90s as a kid and now I take my kids here. I am also a single parent, and in between paycheck rn, and stopped in today with only $10 to spare. I just wanted to get my family 3 donuts and a coffee and to my delight everything was within my budget. Its bc of this shops owners and employees compassion and care for their business and our community that keeps me coming back. And when I dont get donuts from here, I usually get them at the speedway on orchard bc its still Miltons lol. Nothing compares! Thx yall sm! And i apologize I wish I could've tipped this time, Amanda was so kind!“

Just wanted to send a small token of appreciation to an amazing Production Team that supports my department, and I couldn't think of a better one than Milton's Donuts! Even with my inexperience with Door Dash, adjustments were made to the order, and the final vote was the donuts were amazing! I certainly appreciate the wonderful arrangements, and all the extra support to make this happen today on such short notice! Long time customer (from back in the day original Middletown location). “I was having a bad day and I forgot my wallet and couldn’t pay for my coffee so the lady at the front gave me my coffee for free because she could obviously tell that I needed it so she said she would cover it not a lot of people will do that these days. Yes it was only two dollars but it made my day a lot better.“
