“Finding a nut free bakery is almost impossible! This bakery is amazing, I have a peanut treenut allergy and I was sooo excited to find this donut shop. Even my boyfriend who does not have allergies absolutely loves this place. They do so many different flavors and are 100% nut free. I would recommend them again and again☺️“

“The best Dunkin’ in Cincy. Even when they’re strained, they always provide good service and are always personable. I occasionally come in-between several jobs to get a caffeine buzz and a quick bite and I’m always grateful for the swiftness of the staff. They always seem like they’re having a good time behind the counter. Special thanks to the PM guy (possibly manager, has a nostril piercing) who always puts up with my 3pm breakfast sandwich even when they’re down to two people. Y’all keep me going somedays fr 🙏🙏 keep it up, the vibes go a long way.“

“We drive the hour for their donuts as they are just that good! The chocolate icing is the best around. Last Friday I got to try the cherry bombs and apple cinnamon sugar donut and those are also so amazing. We’ve had their bread and danishes in the past and guess what? Also amazing 😊 only place we get donuts at anymore“

“I will never stop telling people that this place has the best donuts you'll ever eat in your entire life. I'm so dead serious. Their brioche donuts have the texture of little heavenly pillows and the flavors are out of this world.“

“Milton’s is the go-to donut shop of Deerpark. Their fruity pebbles donut, apple fritter, cinnamon rolls, buckeyes, glazed- you name it- we’ve most likely tried it and have been happy. The two workers are always friendly, helpful, and hard-working. This shop is loved by our family.“

“We went for the first time today and picked up a dozen to take home. They were definitely a hit. We will be back again for sure.“

“By far my favorite donut shop. I've had Hurt's, Dunkin, Emerson's, Busken, you name it and not only are Milton's donuts the best quality and taste, but they are also the cheapest and they have a great variety. Our donut man Chris is always so friendly and cheerful and knows our order when we walk in. I have since moved away and miss having them so convenienty in my backyard but I will still be going out of my way regularly to get my donuts from them because it's worth it.“

“Huge thank you for the amazing arrangements this morning! Just wanted to send a small token of appreciation to an amazing Production Team that supports my department, and I couldn't think of a better one than Milton's Donuts! Even with my inexperience with Door Dash, adjustments were made to the order, and the final vote was the donuts were amazing! I certainly appreciate the wonderful arrangements, and all the extra support to make this happen today on such short notice! Long time customer (from back in the day original Middletown location). Still the best!“

“Great donut and great service“

“I visited the 1st time in a longtime. got a dozen of mixed donuts 🍩. Half yeast/ half cake. the cake donuts were awful. They were overcooked, so hard you couldn't even bite into the side. looks were very deceiving. On a rating scale of 1 out of 10. 1 being the worse, 10 bring the best. I would rate them as a 4. come on you can do better. Have a great day.“

“We love Marcella's Doughnuts & Bakery!!! Great service, Staff is Friendly and the Doughnuts - Wow Speechless! What a Treat!!!“

“I’m in there about every couple weeks all the people that work there are so very friendly you couldn’t ask for a better staff. I do in-home healthcare and one of my clients just turned 101 and Servanti’s made her A cake for her birthday and they paid for it. I just wanna give them a huge shout out. Thank you so very much for all your hospitality that you guys do. She truly loved her cake. It turned out so beautiful.“

“Great customer service! The lady at the drive through was very nice and patient with my order today, 8/16/2025 at 9:45am. Not sure what her name was but she deserves a recognition from management. She literally made my day! I have Dunkin within a walking distance from where I live, it’s on State Route 22 across from Meijer, but the staff there is awfully rude and slow, so I refuse to go there anymore. I’d rather drive 3 miles and get a great service with good coffee here! Kiddos to the staff at this location!“

“The staff at Dunkin Donuts West Chester are so Amazing! Every morning they greet me with a smile that brightens my day.. Thank you all so much for spreading cheer to all those you meet. Much love & appreciation, Dr. Geri :)“

“I just wanna say how much I love this Dunkin donut location! They accidentally messed up my order this morning which really isn’t that big of a deal I didn’t have time to get it fixed because I had to go to work. I came back in the afternoon and Angela was so helpful! I was really nervous about asking to get my drink fixed after my shift so thank you!“

“Had a glazed blueberry doughnut today in West Chester, OH - it was nothing short of amazing. Thanks!“

“This Dunkin' Donuts location was inside of a gas station/convenience store. The donuts and coffee I purchased were great! The best part, however, were the two employees that I encountered that provided excellent, superior customer service. This location was also exceptionally clean. I will definitely be back!“

“Great donuts, sandwiches, coffee and fast friendly service!!“

“Love this place! Owners are super nice people.“

“I was having a bad day and I forgot my wallet and couldn’t pay for my coffee so the lady at the front gave me my coffee for free because she could obviously tell that I needed it so she said she would cover it not a lot of people will do that these days. Yes it was only two dollars but it made my day a lot better.“

“My son and I had never been to Dunkin before (I know, where have we been lol) but this was the best customer service and breakfast we've had on our vacation. Outside of another car screeching like a maniac when we were waiting for our food (apparently this happens daily...people don't do this to them!) Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this location and give so much credit and appreciation to the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.“

“always friendly great people who always remember my order.“

“I frequent this store because it’s right across from work! But this review means more than just letting you know they have good food & drinks. I thought I would get my girl Izzy a donut with whipped cream on it for her last dessert. They made it extra special for her when I asked if it could have all the bad stuff for dogs on it. They understood the assignment ❤️🐾❤️🐾 Thank you all. It made the day more bearable.“

“This is by far the best Dunkin’! The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh. Great job!“

“I went to the drive thru around 7:50 this morning. The young lady working the window was kind, patient and spoke with perfect clarity and diction. She seemed delighted to do her job and the rest of the team appeared to genuinely like each other and want to be at work. I swear it made the coffee taste better“

“I have been coming to this Dunkin for a few months now, almost every time I come, there is this wonderful woman, Mary, standing at the window telling everyone to have a great day. Honestly, makes my morning every time even if I’m having a tough week. So genuine I love it. This morning I asked the gentleman at the next window what her name was and he was just as kind too. The staff here is always wonderful. I once ordered a Mango Pineapple Refresher and got a Strawberry Refresher but honestly I wasn’t even mad because of how kin and genuine the staff is. Everyone in the morning crew deserves a raise. Wonderful people. Never going to another Dunkin besides this one.“
