However, there have been concerns about cleanliness, as the floor behind the counter has been reported as soaked in spilled coffee, and there were drops of sticky coffee on the counter. Despite these issues, Dunkin' remains a great choice for a quick bite or drink, with a focus on excellent customer service that keeps customers coming back.
