Very slow service staff seems confused, zero attention to detail.
Very nice staff!
I just wanna say how much I love this Dunkin donut location! They accidentally messed up my order this morning which really isn’t that big of a deal I didn’t have time to get it fixed because I had to go to work. I came back in the afternoon and Angela was so helpful! I was really nervous about asking to get my drink fixed after my shift so thank you!

Even during the morning rush, the team is dedicated to making things right if there's an issue. However, there have been concerns about cleanliness, as the floor behind the counter has been reported as soaked in spilled coffee, and there were drops of sticky coffee on the counter. Despite these issues, Dunkin' remains a great choice for a quick bite or drink, with a focus on excellent customer service that keeps customers coming back.
