“We just randomly came across the cocoon cafe while craving for a coffee after our Costco trip. But it did not disappoint us. I got a cortado and my wife got a peach matcha latte. Both the coffees were pretty good. The ambiance was pretty nice and it looked a good place to hang. I would definitely recommend going there as we will go there again to try other seasonals.“

“My friends and I have visited this shop a few times now, and there is a lot to like. They offer a really great menu, and we love that they are always happy to add a shot of whiskey to your coffee if you request it.
​The only major downside is that their hours can be a bit unpredictable, and they do sometimes close early or without notice. If you are planning to drive a bit of a distance to get here, my advice is definitely to call them first and check if they are open—don't just rely on the hours listed online! “I recently went to the Milk Jar and it was my first time going. I found the entire experience to be pretty awesome. The ice cream was incredible, the process of watching it being made and rolled up also pretty cool. I feel the need to give a shout out to the young lady who was working solo and was getting slammed. Being the only employee there and serving 12 people at a time was both amazing and sad at the same time. I hope you get a raise and they find you help thank you for making the experience amazing and being so good spirited about it all. You rocked Camila!“

“Last Friday afternoon we took my granddaughter to the Maineville location (because it was closer) to pick out her birthday treat. It was a happy occasion so we went in friendly and left friendly but the kids working the counter... they must be bots!😅 They had an air of impatience, wouldn't look customers in eye or smile. Instead of leaving them a negative review, I decided to leave the Mason location a well deserved positive one. Mason has a smaller layout but is always somehow filled with a bigger selection than the other stores. We've always had warm and helpful customer service in the Mason location and we realized that good customer service is worth driving a little further. 💗“
