The quarter pounder was juicy and seared to perfection. Apple pie was fresh. Sweet tea wasn't too sweet. You could tell the fry grease was fresh.
Again, I'm not usually a McDonald's fan, but they are doing very well here! Great job management team and staff work very well together.. you really make a difference!“

Jack even took it up a notch today and asked if there was anything he could pray with me about today while we waited on my order and he proceeded to say a prayer right there in the drive thru. “I’m a total coffee snoot. Very few coffee places in Dayton or Cincinnati area I haven’t tried. Broadway Bagels is hands down my favorite. Hits every box. Aaaamazing lattes, bagels and bagel sandwiches you will crave and come back for. Cutest little shop and very welcoming and the general public flock to it. Not to mention the staff. They are so friendly and awesome. If you look for a coffee place to try when you are out and about? Have got to try Broadway Bagels.“

“This is the BEST coffee shop in Cincinnati. They have the sweetest most considerate staff and always have fun seasonal drink options. I’m a die hard iced white chocolate mocha fan and theirs is incredible. Their food items are also so yummy.“

“I was previously getting taken of by Megan and she was getting overwhelmed by the bar and outdoor seating at the same time. I asked for black coffee twice I felt I had to repeat myself so I did and she still thought that I only wanted water so I was sitting here for 10 minutes wondering where my coffee was. Let alone she thought “I only asked for water” maybe because she rushed me. i just asked for a new server and was immediately accommodated by Chloe which was super attentive and helpful. Not rushing my order at all unlike Megan and Chloe made me feel like I was being heard rather than just treated like anybody else. Chloe had impeccable service hats off to her! Mickie the manager immediately came up to me without even introducing himself and tried apologizing for what HE did? Which wasn’t his fault, but he made me feel uncomfortable and apologetic. I will definitely be back, thanks guys you did a great job!“

The service is always wonderful, and the Cowabunga Smoothie is one of my personal favorites. Everything they serve is made with natural, organic ingredients, so you don’t have to worry about a bunch of ultra-processed stuff going into your body. “My friends and I have visited this shop a few times now, and there is a lot to like. They offer a really great menu, and we love that they are always happy to add a shot of whiskey to your coffee if you request it.
​The only major downside is that their hours can be a bit unpredictable, and they do sometimes close early or without notice. If you are planning to drive a bit of a distance to get here, my advice is definitely to call them first and check if they are open—don't just rely on the hours listed online! It was a happy occasion so we went in friendly and left friendly but the kids working the counter... they must be bots!😅 They had an air of impatience, wouldn't look customers in eye or smile. Instead of leaving them a negative review, I decided to leave the Mason location a well deserved positive one. Mason has a smaller layout but is always somehow filled with a bigger selection than the other stores. We've always had warm and helpful customer service in the Mason location and we realized that good customer service is worth driving a little further. 💗“

“I visited two mornings in a row. Yesterday was my first time, and they offered some excellent suggestions. Everyone in my family enjoyed their drinks. Today, it took eight minutes from start to finish at the drive-thru. They use a person-ordering system similar to Chick-fil-A with two lanes to speed up your order. They also inform you which car you'll be behind so you aren't guessing whose turn it is. Great coffee—this Vermonter is happy! Thank you“

“I recently went to the Milk Jar and it was my first time going. I found the entire experience to be pretty awesome. The ice cream was incredible, the process of watching it being made and rolled up also pretty cool. I feel the need to give a shout out to the young lady who was working solo and was getting slammed. Being the only employee there and serving 12 people at a time was both amazing and sad at the same time. I hope you get a raise and they find you help thank you for making the experience amazing and being so good spirited about it all. You rocked Camila!“

“Great customer service! The lady at the drive through was very nice and patient with my order today, 8/16/2025 at 9:45am. Not sure what her name was but she deserves a recognition from management. She literally made my day! I have Dunkin within a walking distance from where I live, it’s on State Route 22 across from Meijer, but the staff there is awfully rude and slow, so I refuse to go there anymore. I’d rather drive 3 miles and get a great service with good coffee here! Kiddos to the staff at this location!“

“First let me say that if not for Judah, my rating would be 1 star. The white dude w/eyeliner on that was working with him this morning October 16th during the 10 o clock hour has zero customer service skills and idk why he even works at Starbucks. To make a very long story as short as possible, I paid with stars. Eyeliner guy scans my QR twice and I lose double the amount of stars. He says nothing. I drive home, realize what happened, and try to call SIX different times but never reached anyone because *someone* kept picking the phone up and hanging up immediately. So I drive all the way back, stand in line and once it’s my turn they’re both standing there so I told them what happened. The guy who actually did it doesn’t make any facial expressions at all, doesn’t say sorry or my bad or ANYTHING literally no remorse or even acknowledgement of what I’m saying. Judah steps in, apologizes for something he didn’t even do and starts working with me to resolve the issue. While I’m waiting to see what Judah’s supervisor says, I take a sip of my drink and it’s disgusting because on top of everything else, the mf eyeliner guy didn’t even make it right. I ordered a honey citrus mint tea and got a jade mint. No lemonade, no peach tea bag. Dude literally did not pay attention when he was “serving” me whatsoever. He rang it up as a honey citrus mint and even repeated it back to me before he started but still did zero of the steps to make one. Like dude you know there’s lemonade in it and you know it’s two different tea bags. What was the point of being lazy and making my drink wrong like I wouldn’t taste the difference and come back?? Anyways I got it all sorted out thanks to JUDAH and if I ever come back to this location it will be because of him. He also remade my tea and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best one I’ve had. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location because I go to target multiple times per week and I also collect cold cups so every time new ones drop I’m in there buying 4-8 cups at a time. There are several Starbucks locations that are closer to my house, but I go out of my way to patronize this one. Eyeliner guy needs a new job and some customer service skills. 0/5 for him. Judah needs a raise.“

“Went mid-morning on Thursday. Love the space/cozy atmosphere, I would love to come back and do online work here if I lived closer. I ordered my first Matcha—it was pretty good! My only issue was that the baristas seemed pretty unenthusiastic and quiet. It was a slow time, granted, but they didn’t smile or sound cheerful. All in all, this visit got the job done!“
