I love the staff, and I go here all the time, but today I was kicked out for being "too loud" after turning down volume so no one else could hear, I apparently yelled, etc. I, along with 8 others were kicked out which makes me very disappointed because I did everything they asked me to do. I may or may not be switching to Coffee Please from now on, I need to make up my mind on that. 3/5 for staff and everything there, but 2 were knocked off from this experience. This is the #1 place in the area for Starbucks. They all smile. They have always made our coffees perfect. We visit almost everyday. The parking lot needs to be way bigger. That's the only complaint the parking lot.
