Guarantee freshness every time I go. Not sure if they know my name by now or just recognize my face but service is always great.
Good food and fast service.
Le'Asia was the best customer service. She needs a raise

McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant known for its varying levels of service. While some staff members, like the front counter lady, are friendly and understanding, others can be unfriendly and unpleasant. However, there are employees who go above and beyond to provide good service. For instance, a delightful man engages with customers, making their experience more personal and enjoyable. The restaurant itself operates like any other well-run McDonald's, but the staff's personalities set it apart.
Customers have reported positive experiences, such as quick service during late-night hours. One customer appreciated being asked to wait just three minutes for a fresh Quarter Pounder, which turned out to be delicious. Another noted the cheerful demeanor of a female cashier, especially during the busy holiday season. Overall, while the food is good, the quality of service can be inconsistent, though many experiences highlight friendly interactions that enhance the visit.
