“I have never fallen in love with a brand more quickly. The vibe was beyond amazing - the colors, the textures, the lighting, the music! The service was 10/10 - top notch. The cocktail menu is laid out like a story, and the writing is cheeky and clever. The cocktail matrix at the beginning of the menu was so helpful - I wish more cocktail bars did this. Oh, and the menu itself? Printed on thick paper with a smooth, matte cover. The cocktails - with alcohol and NA - were innovative and delicious. “I just found this place it's hard to see just walking by. It's almost right at the corner of Vine Street and 6th Street in downtown. What I mean by almost is it's a couple doors down and it shares an entrance with the location at the corner. As soon as you walk in it's on the right. They have a cooler with waters n little snacks and a spot for muffins n whatnot. They do all the fancy coffees and they have an the counter 4 coffee containers. They had grogg and banana nut coffee it amazing. You should try“

“I've only been here once, so far. It's a decent-sized space inside, with lots of outlets, WiFi, and chairs with backs and cushions. There's also plenty of patio seating for a nicer day. Drink-wise, the plain latte I had was 10/10. The espresso/barista quality speak for themselves, and it speaks volumes if I can enjoy a drink that much without trying a more interesting/seasonal drink. They also have pastries/breakfast items. The mini quiche was phenomenal -- herby, rich, a tad bit of spice.. I'd eat it any day. My hard-to-please lady said the coffee cake was just decent and the caramel vanilla capp was 8/10 (excellent by her standards). This place is open late and serves wine/beer/cocktails, too.. what that really means is this is a rare place where you can get a coffee late in the evening! I have no doubt they'll be seeing my face more in the future; it's a top-notch coffee shop that I can't wait to explore more of!

Parking: 2 hour limit on the meters, but you can move a couple spaces over and be in a different zone“

I’ve been meaning to come here for a while. The barista was super friendly, had insight on the businesses down the street as well as what I should get. Definitely excited to come here again!“

“Visited the Capital One Cafe outlet at the Kenwood Towne Center, OH, multiple times. It's a great place to just sit down, relax a bit, have a hot beverage such as their trending Verve Coffee, ample selection of their other premium coffee blends, hot tea, some snacks, or even some pastries, apart from their cookies, including a salty one! This is also a great place to get some much awaited calm and quiet environment, if you compare it with the often busy mall atmosphere and also with its highly visible foot traffic.

It's also a great place to get some work done, take your laptops, and could use one of the three quiet rooms available. Don't forget you have the banking facility option right at the front, once you enter the cafe. Usually, the staff who provide the services are great with great customer service skills and patience. There is an ATM available. They even provide some Capital One swag or small gifts, especially during the holidays. The Cafe even once provided me with some good sourced Verve Coffee samples.

The Cafe also offers some cakes, pastries, muffins, danish and croissants apart from small naans. There is an issue of not having enough light snacks or pastries in stock, which are, however, in display. I have had this experience multiple times!

Suggestion: Please also try to include some vegetarian or other cuisine choices, fruits, and maybe fresh juices on the menu. The Coffee, if provided a bit lighter, would reduce the excessive use of sugar! I don't prefer very strong coffee. They do provide cane sugar and milk, though! Organic merchandise is also available.

Capital One Cafe is very neat and organized with adequate seating. There is even a spacious family area or one with more privacy at the back with a good display of wall paintings. The Cafe is well lit. The restrooms are very clean. Guests can avail 50% discount on hot beverages, especially once you tender your Capital One cards. You will also never be disappointed with a Capital One card while you are on a foreign trip as it's highly reliable and rarely rejected! There are no foreign transaction fees either! Capital One Cafe is worth a visit!

Parking: There is free plenty of parking, but always busy and especially during the weekends. Believe, there is valet parking as well, if I amn't mistaken!“

The manager, I’ve heard him interview a couple people, He seems amazing and like he really cares about his people and the working environment. Everyone that I’ve ever met at the register, while maybe a little overwhelmed because of the morning rush, I’ve never had a bad experience with them.
