The cocktail menu is laid out like a story, and the writing is cheeky and clever. The cocktail matrix at the beginning of the menu was so helpful - I wish more cocktail bars did this. Oh, and the menu itself? Printed on thick paper with a smooth, matte cover. The cocktails - with alcohol and NA - were innovative and delicious. There are plenty of delicious accessories to add on, like muffins and cookies, etc. plus a whole line of coffee products such as mugs, cards to send friends and family, etc. There is a spacious area upstairs for studying or having a small meeting. “A beautiful, clean, coffee shop with really lovely, well informed baristas and great coffee beans! At the end of my trip to Cincinnati I purchased a V60 pour over of the Gesha coffee they had that day from Finca San Jeronimo Minamar in Guatemala. It was so delicious I got a bag of coffee beans to go! Notes of jasmine, peach, and shortbread! The barista told me “brew it at a high temperature to really get the jasmine notes.” They were right!I tend to rate a city by the presence of high quality coffee shops, and because of Deeper Roots, Cincinnati was an absolute hit with me!“

“I just found this place it's hard to see just walking by. It's almost right at the corner of Vine Street and 6th Street in downtown. What I mean by almost is it's a couple doors down and it shares an entrance with the location at the corner. As soon as you walk in it's on the right. They have a cooler with waters n little snacks and a spot for muffins n whatnot. They do all the fancy coffees and they have an the counter 4 coffee containers. They had grogg and banana nut coffee it amazing. You should try“

“Caffe Barista is the perfect place to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner! This is a family owned establishment with the kindest people. The food is amazingggg ? My wife got a hazelnut latte with the chibata breakfast sandwich, and I got the drip coffee and apple coffee cake. I’d say the coffee, latte, and food were good, but nothing stood out as great. We both agree we’d come back here if we have a lot of people and or because of the area, but food alone wouldn’t bring us back. Overall nice coffee shop.“

“Visited the Capital One Cafe outlet at the Kenwood Towne Center, OH, multiple times. It's a great place to just sit down, relax a bit, have a hot beverage such as their trending Verve Coffee, ample selection of their other premium coffee blends, hot tea, some snacks, or even some pastries, apart from their cookies, including a salty one! This is also a great place to get some much awaited calm and quiet environment, if you compare it with the often busy mall atmosphere and also with its highly visible foot traffic.

It's also a great place to get some work done, take your laptops, and could use one of the three quiet rooms available. Don't forget you have the banking facility option right at the front, once you enter the cafe. Usually, the staff who provide the services are great with great customer service skills and patience. There is an ATM available. They even provide some Capital One swag or small gifts, especially during the holidays. The Cafe even once provided me with some good sourced Verve Coffee samples.

The Cafe also offers some cakes, pastries, muffins, danish and croissants apart from small naans. There is an issue of not having enough light snacks or pastries in stock, which are, however, in display. I have had this experience multiple times!

Suggestion: Please also try to include some vegetarian or other cuisine choices, fruits, and maybe fresh juices on the menu. The Coffee, if provided a bit lighter, would reduce the excessive use of sugar! I don't prefer very strong coffee. They do provide cane sugar and milk, though! Organic merchandise is also available.

Capital One Cafe is very neat and organized with adequate seating. There is even a spacious family area or one with more privacy at the back with a good display of wall paintings. The Cafe is well lit. The restrooms are very clean. Guests can avail 50% discount on hot beverages, especially once you tender your Capital One cards. You will also never be disappointed with a Capital One card while you are on a foreign trip as it's highly reliable and rarely rejected! There are no foreign transaction fees either! Capital One Cafe is worth a visit!

Parking: There is free plenty of parking, but always busy and especially during the weekends. Believe, there is valet parking as well, if I amn't mistaken!“
