“What one of our team members says: "Milkman in OTR is the go-to spot for the best smash burgers in Cincinnati, and it's so much more than a burger joint! They serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic milkshakes and slushies, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and more! Plus, the cozy retro vibe of the restaurant makes it such a fun spot for date night or hanging with friends. We highly recommend trying their blue raspberry soft serve!"“

“Consistently Exceptional Service at Nekter – Thanks to Alex! For the past six years, I've visited Nekter five days a week, making it more than just a juice bar for me—it's a part of my daily routine. Today, I feel compelled to write this review, not just because of Nekter's consistently delicious offerings, but to highlight an extraordinary employee who makes every visit unforgettable—Alex. From the moment you meet Alex, it's clear he's not your average employee. His infectious smile and genuine enthusiasm are evident from the get-go. Alex's approach to service is unmatched; he truly makes you feel like a friend, not just a customer. He remembers my name, asks about my day, and our conversations never feel rushed or routine. It's rare to encounter someone who exudes such natural charisma and joy in their work. Alex’s exceptional customer service has profoundly impacted my experience at Nekter. His attention to detail and consistent friendliness enhance the already welcoming atmosphere of the store. Whether it's his quick service, insightful recommendations, or just a cheerful greeting, Alex consistently goes above and beyond. Nekter itself deserves praise for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, but it's employees like Alex who breathe life into this ethos. His dedication is a significant reason why I keep coming back and why each visit is as enjoyable as the last. For anyone looking for not just a great juice or smoothie but a genuinely delightful service experience, head to Nekter and see Alex. You’ll understand why it’s more than just a place to grab a drink—it’s a highlight of the day, thanks to people like him.“

“Came in a few times this week and at the start of the week you could tell 7Brew was a little short staffed that morning. I got my order taken by a very polite, professional woman. I met the same woman at the register to pay and I had to tell her I knew she was running around like crazy but I appreciate her. Even being short staffed and in the Morning rush I know she probably wanted to scream!!! But she kept her composure, professionalism, kindness and beautiful smile. I went again this morning and seen this sweet lady again. Always smiling, cheerful and helpful. The woman said her name was Kay. I hope that management does something special for her as I could see from my few encounters with her that she truly enjoys her job and she might not know it but her being her, made my day!!! So again, thank you Kay for such a great experience and being the first to put a smile on my face this morning!!!

Stay true to you, you're AMAZING!!!!

Thank you for your time, BD“

“We had 7 Brew come out for our Young Adults event last night, and they absolutely crushed it! Their team did an excellent job serving our community and brought a huge variety of drinks and flavors for everyone to enjoy. Everything was delicious, and having them there added so much to the night.

More than just great drinks, 7 Brew helped us create an environment where people could hang out, connect, and build community together. We’re incredibly grateful for their generosity and for the way they helped make our event special. Thank you, 7 Brew! We’d absolutely love to have you back again!“

“The food is great, the place is very clean and well put together. I’m often helped by a guy named Ian. He’s always very kind and helpful. He seems like a really good worker. And I will say he makes the best Nutella milkshakes out of everyone.“

“Great smoothies I love the vegan ones“

“I ordered the chicken pesto (so good BTW, highly recommend, get the chipotle sauce on side to dip) and the mango monsoon smoothie (super tasty!) 100% would recommend everyone to try this place out, the staff are friendly and the store is clean. Would definitely return!“

“We love TROPICAL SMOOTHIE !! Everyone is so friendly !“

“Currito is a great option if you’re looking for a customizable meal with lots of vegan ingredients. You can build your own bowl with a variety of grains, sweet potatoes, black beans, chickpeas, tofu, fresh vegetables, and plenty of other toppings, so it’s easy to create something different every visit. The staff were knowledgeable about which dressings were vegan, which I really appreciated. I had the hummus, harissa vinaigrette, and cashew vinaigrette, and they all paired well with the bowl. Service was quick and friendly, making it a great spot for a fast, satisfying meal. I’d definitely come back. Updated from previous review on 2026-07-25“

“AMAZING! Staff is always friendly and helpful, wide range of options, my favorite is the massive peanut butter fudge round! They always answer their phones, always have stock out even in the middle of the night, and it's always fresh never stale. Been going for a while and will continue to keep visiting!“

“I want to take a moment to give credit where credit is due and commend the staff on their awesome customer service at the Montgomery road location closest to Kenwood mall.
First and foremost, I was greeted by a gentleman named Kevin who had a smile on his face and was very helpful. He was patient with me as I downloaded the app while also tending to other customers coming in the door. He carried himself in a professional manner the whole time. He did great.
I also want to commend the young lady who was working the line. I didn't catch her name but she had my bowl done at the snap of a finger. It was a pleasant visit this evening.
Thank you.“

“Come to this location on Wednesday every week, food is always perfect, everyone's friendly, great place to get food! Never once has this place made me feel ill, with stomach issues this happens frequently with a lot of establishments, never here! Thanks!“

“This is a popular place in Cincinnati downtown, with lots of offices around. It’s a good restaurant to have a quick meal solo or in small groups. It is medium sized joint, so finding a table during peak hours could be a bit of a wait. It was my first visit with a friend, and liked the quick service and the set up. Food was good and fairly priced.“

“Kim truly doesn’t get enough credit! Her shakes and teas are by far the best, and she whole-heartedly wants you to achieve your fitness goals. Best Club around and that’s a fact!“

“Typically really good smoothies but occasionally there’s some workers who aren’t consistent with the ingredients. I’ve been going here since I was a kid getting angel food cake and sometimes it’ll taste just like it did and other times it tastes like flavored ice instead of a smoothie.

To the guy who made my smoothie last night so close to closing, he made it just like I’ve had it so many times where it’s a great smoothie, I appreciate him and his kindness to when I picked it up.“

“We don’t have Curritos where we live but have been there before! We stopped in for lunch and the manager and staff not only got us a good lunch but was nice enough to give us a couple coupons for free entrees to encourage us to come back! We will be back!
Thank as“
