Wish you had a club in the Downtown location near 200 W. 4th Street
While I haven't been in for awhile, I love Kim and her down-to-earth attitude. She is a REAL person who doesn't do the oh-so-polite conversation that is so fake. She gives great advice and was especially helpful with a particular product when I needed help with setting down at night. I was a customer of hers when she did another business, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with what she did. These negative reviews make me sad :-( .
