Everything was great but the floor was so slippery it was dangerous in my mind. Outside of that the staff, food & efficiency was great.Parking: Shared with business next door do it can be tight quarters.

I had to wait 20 minutes for my sandwich and fries so I didn't have time to eat them before my appointment. So when I did get to eat them the sandwich was good but it was warm and I couldn't eat the fries because they were cold. I wasn't thinking it would take that long to get my food because they didn't have a lot of customers dining in. I guess they must have a lot of call in orders. The staff was friendly and attentive. I shouldn't have ordered the special - which was my fault, but the cold, stale fries were something new for me at a Penn Station. No wonder they were stingy with them! I'm used to overflowing, hot, fresh-out-of-the-fryer potatoes, making you want to order fries. What we got was more like McDonald's.
