From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. “absolutely delicious experience. The conveyor belt featured a wide variety of appetizers, salads, fresh fruit, sushi, nigiri, and dessert. our waitress was super attentive and extremely polite. The atmosphere is very fun and entertaining as you watch the conveyor belt, the trams on top of the belt, and the robots delivering hot and fresh food. our waitress was on top of our drinks and explained the iPad and the conveyor belt system very well. Will definitely be back. for the two of us with a generous tip, it was under $50.“

“We decided to make a reservation about 4 hours before just for a date night with my husband. Food was amazing as always. Tentative waitstaff and what I loved most was that we were not rushed. This only unfortunate part was we were too full after bread, drinks, wine, lobster bisque and steak with yummy sides to have dessert. LOL“

While leaving the airport I Googled restaurants close by . There were several to choose from however, we decided on Pig Candy BBQ this restaurant did not disappoint. The food was amazing ( we had the special which was the brisket sandwich) this sandwich was very tender and full of flavor. If you are just traveling through or a local or feel up to a drive this is definitely worth your time .The staff knows what customer service means . All around Great food and service. “Curry udon is one of my favorite Japanese food. I keep trying to find it in restaurants around Cincinnati. Here has the one close enough to original curry udon. Other restaurants just only light curry look like soup more than curry. I’ll go back and try more menu.“

“Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. “We were the only customers for an early lunch. We were hoping for buffet but learned it is only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Service was perfect! We had Chicken Makhani, Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Paneer, and Naan. Portions were generous and it was all delicious, spiced perfectly. We brought every uneaten morsel home! We will definitely return.“

We were seated - four adults looking to enjoy each other's company. Approximately 15 minutes after we sat down, the hostess sat a large party that included 5 toddlers. The noise level went through the ceiling. the entire restaurant was empty - or nearly so. What inspired the staff to sit this noisy bunch near us? We had just started eating making requesting a move very inconvenient to us.“

It was nice to have the menu and specials explained to us in details and got a lot of recommendations from her, too. We ordered the crab cakes, mussels, lamb rack, their steak and crab special for the night. Everything was cooked to perfection with right seasonings and temp. We really enjoyed the special-the filet mignon was soooo tender and the crab was sweet! It was cool to have a candle lit butter and Cajun spiced lemon on the side for the crab. We were so stuffed at the end but couldn’t help but get dessert to go. The crème brûlée NY cheesecake is SUCH a treat and I’m so glad we got it. Service was 10/10, would recommend everyone to go here for nicer dinners.“
