“Sake Bomb is a great little Asian Restaurant/Sushi Bar in Erlanger. We've been here a few times but it had been quite a while. They have quite a lot Asian dishes but on this occasion we focused exclusively on the Sushi. Among the one's we had were the Sunday Morning (my personal favourite), fire scallop, and the firecracker among others. They are all visually appealing and absolutely delicious. The chef really took a lot of care crafting flavours into every bite. I really can't recommend their Sushi highly enough. Also I know I mentioned this in earlier reviews but the restaurant looks so magnificent and really authentic to Japanese culture. The seating is very close quarters so I must mention that as it might be off-putting to some. All in all the Sushi was excellent, the service was good, and the place looked awesome. Fantastic experience.“

“I wanted to mention the cooks amazing work with the kimchi fried rice and the Tteok bokki! The kimchi fried rice was the perfect amount of “fishy” so call it sooo much flavor & the tteok bokki was cooked to perfection- each piece! Not too soft not too hard! Amazing tastes!“

“I’ve been here quite a few times now and I just love it!! It’s a tried and true for me! I came here for the first time in Winter of this year and can’t count how many times I’ve been here since.

The ramen is AMAZING. I won’t lie… the ramen, sake, and cocktails are the only things on the menu I’ve tried so far. Everything looks and sounds amazing, but I tried the ramen the first time I went and loved it so much, so usually when I am going there, I’m craving that specifically. I LOVE THEIR TONKOTSU WITH BOK CHOY AND THE CHILI OIL ON THE SIDE SO I CAN ADD IT TO TASTE!! They also have some good sake and drink options! They definitely need to reprint the menu soon because there’s a good amount that I order and they are out of or don’t carry, but it’s not a huge deal. They just need to update it since it’s a reoccurring issue!

The servers are all so lovely and kind. They are attentive, helpful, personable, and care to remember you. I really appreciate all of the interactions I’ve had with them, their kind suggestions, and their conversation!

From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. Now that we live back in Buffalo, it's the number 1 place I recommend to all people visiting from out of town. Their specials are always a hit, their burger... well I hope its my last meal because I would die happy. The atmosphere is just so good too (Don't forget to hit the button in the bathroom!). Our last trip in we talked to Stuart for a long time, and enjoyed every minute... even got to do a PB shot (unreal!). Come visit Buffalo Stuart! We love you! Let's just say I miss you guys. So much.
