This super cute black owned spot was everything and more! From placing our order with the courteous young lady at the front, to being smiled at by the cooks in the kitchen, all the way to the young man that brought our food to our table. Outstanding!! All of that and the food was…speechless!!????? I can’t say enough about this great experience! We will definitely be back!
I almost bit my finger eating this food. Everything was made fresh and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Actual restaurant is very nice and they even have a sit down dining area which stands out compared to other soul food restaurants.My food opinion: Yams were the perfect amount of sweet. Mac & Cheese had a lot of pepper so be prepared but it was very cheesy. Chicken was alright. Wing was juicy and flavorful but breast was a little dry.
