“Crown Cantina provided a exceptional dining experience last night. The kitchen is 100% gluten-free, offering a unique and refreshing change of pace. We started with the tostadas and salsa, which were delicious and had a nice kick. We also enjoyed the Hamachi, the Tijuanero (steak taco), and the large plate chicken enchiladas verde, all of which were made to order and full of flavor. The margaritas were also a highlight, with the ghost and guava margarita being a standout. All of their margaritas are crafted in-house, making them a healthier option. If you're looking for a high-end Mexican meal, Crown Cantina is a great choice.“

“We first stopped in to El Taco Feliz about two months after the location on 42 opened. It quickly became a favorite of ours, we now stop in as much as 4-6 times per week. “Came in about 5:00 p.m. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, it was limited staff at the moment, but we ended up getting three tacos, a side of rice, and some water, the steak tacos we're very juicy and tinder, the barbacoa flavor like the little profile, but it was a nice compliment.

The al pastor Taco I got was very nice, the pineapple and pork was stewed very well, and everything came with a very heaping pile of onions, plenty of lime.

The rice was quite nice, definitely not your standard Mexican restaurant style rice, it was obvious that it was cooked with peppers and made in-house, likely poblano.

Staff was very nice, and the restaurant was very clean although a little dull due to the lack of clientele at the time.“

“Chuy's continues to be one of our go to's for awesome Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant looks so fun and the people have been so nice to us and that was definitely no different this time. On this occasion I got their Steak Burrito which was stuffed with steak, Jack cheese, and Hatch Green Chile sauce. The steak and cheese was excellent with great flavour cooked into the steak. The Hatch Green Chile sauce however was a bit disappointing with it being advertised as being spicy but lacked both spice or really any flavour at all. Even so the the steak and cheese did make up for the shortcomings of the sauce for me. The Mexican rice was excellent as well. All in all another great visit to Chuy's.“

“This is not a restaurant, this place is a destination. Mis amigos and I visited Mi Cozumel 4 times during a 1 week stay. Why you ask? The energy.

Visit 1: a normal lunch with friendly service.

Visit 2: We were served beer in huge terracotta mugs that were placed inside a smoking, metal VIP briefcase. Wild right? Imagine the show Deal or No Deal returned but instead of a model showing you a number in a box, a middle-aged man is serving you beer. These beers were the coldest beers known to man. Who needs a Yeti mug when you have Modelo at Mi Cozumel.

Visit 3: We celebrated a birthday. A live mariachi band dressed our guest of honor in a sombrero and played birthday music. I'm not even sure what songs they played, I just knew they gave him a shot and the whole restaurant clapped along to an offbeat street-like band. Muy bueno

Visit 4: One of the girls ordered a spicy Modelo beer flight. Little did we know the flight contained full sized Modelo cans dipped in a spicy tomato sauce, and topped with seafood. It didn't stop there. A bowl of steak decorated the platter and oysters bordered the outside. We're not sure if there was something in the seafood, but we ended the night with a 160lb lizard dragging a boombox, dancing, and crawling up a tree.

This all happened in the same week. None of my statements are false. This place is a vibe.“

“In town for business we visited the restaurant on a Thursday evening. We were greeted from the bar as we entered and instructed to sit wherever we wanted. We ordered the guacamole appetizer, which was chunky and flavorful. There are plenty of gluten free options. The burrito was massive, veggie tacos were loaded with goodies, and the pollo con espinacas was tasty. Rice and bean sides complimented the dishes.
Service was good. The server seemed busy so it took awhile to get an order in. She was polite and friendly. I'd recommend for some good Mexican food and drinks.“

“My husband and I stumbled onto this restaurant in a strip mall late last summer. WOW! What a pleasant surprise! The lunch menu is rather extensive, and good prices. We've been back so many times we can't count, and have taken friends/family there many times for dinner. Dinner prices are roughly around $15, and serving sizes are hefty. Service is good (though if very busy, a tad slow for a large group). Servers are friendly and accommodating. Ambiance is good (though TVs run with sports, but volume is not a problem). “So glad this restaurant is just around the corner from us as I will be getting my weekly fix of birria tacos every week! I always taste the taco first before ever dipping it in the consume and the taco alone was 5 star for me it the consume was one of the best I’ve tasted so I was sold sold sold! The Gaia was excellent too as were the refried beans and their taco supremes weren’t bad either - we had chicken, carnitas, and carne asado which was a bit dry but salsa verde to the rescue!). All in all a good experience - we’ll be back“

“Our food tasted very good and the portions were excellent size. Definitely authentic flavors and ingredients. You do have to ask for chips. The music was a bit loud...hard to comfortably carry a conversation. Waitress was polite and pleasant.

“A new favorite! Very welcoming, fantastic atmosphere. Indoor artwork is spectacular, and the outdoor seating very nice. Margaritas were delicious, fun and colorful, but more importantly a good cocktail. Service was spot on and friendly! We had the El Rey burrito that may be the best burrito I've ever had. Portion was huge, so we split it, along with chips and salsa! Very good!!! This is definitely worth wandering a few blocks down from Main Straus for a unique location, excellent meal!“

“El Barril is a really awesome Mexican joint we found in Mount Adam's in Cincinnati. It had both indoor and outdoor seating but on this day we decided on the inside. The restaurant looks really super fun with lots of tremendous decor with even the chairs being unique (and comfortable too.) They had a lot of unique takes on Mexican dishes (lots of unique burgers on the menu for one) as well as some classic favourites. We started with an appetizer of Buffalo Chicken Dip which was a straightforward take on it. It had lot's of chicken, a very flavourful but not too spicy Buffalo sauce, and some blue cheese mixed in. It was served with chips. This was as good of take as I've had on a Buffalo Dip that I've had from anyplace. For my main course I tried the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos which was 3 hard tacos served with grilled shrimp topped with spicy Bang Bang sauce as well as cilantro. This was very unique but very delicious all the same. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and that sauce I would describe as zesty with a slight punch but not too much. Really liked them a lot. My wife enjoyed her Margarita as well as her food (I believe it was a pork dish but I forgot to take a picture). This was a super fantastic lunch and I for one can't wait to come back.“
