“Was going to Patrons for 1st time. Got there to find it has new name and apparently owners. It was called Queens Tacos I believe. Regardless the food was very good. 3 of us had dinner. 2 meals were very delicious as we shared each others( taste testing). We all agreed the Chimichongas were a little bland but we added some of our salsa n white queso to enhance the flavor. Fajita quasedilla, and chicken quasdilla were both very delicious. We will be going back

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids dining with families tonight. All enjoyed themselves it seemed

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance had 3 steps but after entering we saw a wheelchair entrance on other side( only about 6 ft further away. Needs better marking or perhaps I didn't see it as I didn't need it“

“I see some negative comments. I don't believe the reviewers realize what Zapata is about. Frankly, I find it refreshing that dishes are not smothered in cheese and drowning in sauce. Zapata is about combining flavors, and not marching to the beat of the typical Americanized version of Mexican food to which we have become accustomed. I recommend it to all my friends.“

“Best tripa tacos in greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. Can't go wrong with any of the tacos on the menu, but tripa is my favorite for both the crisp and the chew. Love the menudo and wish it was available every day instead of just the weekend.Super quick service and always delicious salsa.

“First time at this restaurant and was very impressed with the food and service. Waiter arrived at our table immediately after being seated tp take our drink order and returned in just a couple of minutes. He asked if we needed a few minutes to look at the menu. He returned in just a few minutes to take our order. I swear we had our food in less than 10 minutes which was hot and served on a very hot plate. The food, talapia with rice and veggies and the El Burro Grande was delicious! We will definitely go back. Highly recommend it!!“

“EDIT: customer service reached out and fairly resolved my issue. I’ve gone back since then and my orders were correct and good quality. 9/10 times this is a good location in my experience.

M0 out 5. 7 pm Monday June 10. Waited 20 minutes for my online order pickup while employees talked and joked around. Had to ask for my kids items before leaving after checking the bag.

Just got home and the kids nachos meal has no chips in it and my bowl has no salsa or any toppings I asked for. It’s not rocket science. What an absolute joke.“

Usually we go to shop a couple times per month at their market next door (Supermercardo Garcia) to get cooking ingredients for my wife's (latina) authentic home- country dishes. I will admit that if I wasn't fluent in Spanish it could be tough to get some of the small particular things across. However, every waitress that's served us has at least spoke broken English. Quality has always been really good there, and pricing is in line with others. Never had any issue with food being warm or waitress being slow. We always have a great experience. I would suggest any of the tacos, tilapia and save room for dessert, order the Flan - it's the BOMB!“

“OMG, such amazing everything! Quesabirria tacos are the best I've ever had, crispy shell, tons of melty cheese and grilled onions! I also ask the chef for a Chile rellano burrito which is always amazing! Hubby had steak burrito which is his go to favorite... Servers were so nice and polite, they go the extra mile. Ready for some pics ... unfortunately, we ate half of the burritos before I remembered my camera. Burritos are huge!“
