“First time order yesterday I got the quesadilla birria and chips and salsa. pretty good way to introduce myself to the brand. I will say I went in with low expectations. This was the best food I've ever had delivered. I made videos I planned a date for tonight. Didn't realize the only closed day is Monday. The only thing I can say bad about this meal was I thought I'd get more chips. Lmao too easy I'll order more :). Very very good food. Easily my favorite now.“

“After long day driving, stoped in Florence for the night. We decided to get some dinner this place was a surprise wasn’t sure how it would be since parking lot was empty but the food did not disappoint. The service was quick food was hot. Waitress didn’t speak much English but she was very sweat and understood what we wanted. If you like Mexican def give it a try.“

“Called this location inquiring about my absolutely WHACKY dietary needs.
Not ONLY did Brittany give me accurate information, did not judge me. Polite, informative and even told me about other options that would keep me at the right price for my needs.
I was concerned. It's strange. She ASSURED me that her professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff could help even if she wasn't present after our phone call.
Let me tell you.
ACCURATE.
Brittany was on break, I was afraid ro even ask the wonderful young lady at the counter... but HANNAH WAS AWESOME!
I told her my WHACKY stuff, in line, in the store... she stood tall "I got you". I can make whatever you need just like that. What would you like in it?

No judgements. Just help. I wish it were this easy other places.

“Chuy's continues to be one of our go to's for awesome Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant looks so fun and the people have been so nice to us and that was definitely no different this time. On this occasion I got their Steak Burrito which was stuffed with steak, Jack cheese, and Hatch Green Chile sauce. The steak and cheese was excellent with great flavour cooked into the steak. The Hatch Green Chile sauce however was a bit disappointing with it being advertised as being spicy but lacked both spice or really any flavour at all. Even so the the steak and cheese did make up for the shortcomings of the sauce for me. The Mexican rice was excellent as well. All in all another great visit to Chuy's.“

“This restaurant made me feel at home and I'm not even Mexican. The food was delicious and did not take long to be served, the atmosphere is familiar and clean. From the food to the music, I liked everything about the restaurant but what makes the restaurant is the service, the waitresses do not look overworked which makes the service fluid and friendly. I will definitely eat here again when I'm back in Cincinnati.“

“Hands down the best authentic Mexican restaurant in our area. Their wait staff is very friendly and their food is absolutely incredible. You can dine indoors or out (under their covered patio) or deliver as we’ve experienced all three. Our rating is 5+ Gold Stars.“

“OMG, such amazing everything! Quesabirria tacos are the best I've ever had, crispy shell, tons of melty cheese and grilled onions! I also ask the chef for a Chile rellano burrito which is always amazing! Hubby had steak burrito which is his go to favorite... Servers were so nice and polite, they go the extra mile. Ready for some pics ... unfortunately, we ate half of the burritos before I remembered my camera. Burritos are huge!“

“We have ate here a few times. Usually we go to shop a couple times per month at their market next door (Supermercardo Garcia) to get cooking ingredients for my wife's (latina) authentic home- country dishes. I will admit that if I wasn't fluent in Spanish it could be tough to get some of the small particular things across. However, every waitress that's served us has at least spoke broken English. Quality has always been really good there, and pricing is in line with others. Never had any issue with food being warm or waitress being slow. We always have a great experience. I would suggest any of the tacos, tilapia and save room for dessert, order the Flan - it's the BOMB!“
