“Standard taco bell. I didn't get her name but the nice young lady was working the job of three employees. She was taking drive thru orders, taking in restaurant orders, and packing the food.I hope they are better staffed in the future or she is well compensated because she was handling it like a champ and so nice. Filled our orders in a timely manner while being friendly and greeting all who entered.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“

“Very gluten free friendly. They only use corn tortillas. We had the chicken nachos and chicken tacos. Both were excellent. Portions were generous and prices were reasonable. Everyone was friendly and helpful.Dietary restrictions: My husband is celiac and had no problems.“

“Want to know what it’s like eating at a taco joint in Mexico. Come on down to El Taco Feliz. My wife and I ate here and we were the only Caucasian people present. But that’s a good thing. In Kentucky, If Hispanics are coming to buy the tacos then it’s 100% legit. Best street tacos I’ve had to this day. Thanks El Taco Feliz, we will be back soon!!!….. many times.“

“The food is DELICIOUS. The option to make the tortas into salads is really nice. Epilepsy and sound warning: when a birthday is being celebrated, they carry around a flashing light and make a horrible loud noise similar to a taser sound. The restaraunt is small, so there isn't a spot to tuck away in to avoid the light. I would prefer not to dine in again, but I will definitely order take out.“

“This taco truck/trailer is the best in the Northern Kentucky area. I have tried a number of things, but the chicken tacos are my favorite so far. The sauces that accompany the tacos are outstanding! The only thing I wish they had consistently was horchata, which they have had, but the past few times they did not. We love this place!“

“I don't normally leave high praise as I'm about to, but this restaurant deserves it. Service is quick and there's lots of memorabilia to check out. But the best part was the food, it is made as if someone actually put care into it! Definitely marking this place as a return in our future travels.“

“I'm a huge chipotle fan but I immediately noticed how fresh the food was. I had chicken soft tacos and chips. The guacamole tasted fantastic and was appealing to the eye. I didn't feel bloated afterwards. Don't miss the opportunity to eat here!“

“Food was excellent and friendly service. Building is attached to a gas station, so atmosphere could be better but once you're inside you can't tell anyway. Meal prices seemed on the higher end for Mexican food....$14 for a chimichanga. They also charge 3% to use a CC, which I personally find annoying.“

“Street tacos were tasty - Al Pastor (marinated pork with pineapple) was the way to go. Great mix of savory and slight sweetness characteristic of the dish. The Birria was delicious too, but a little salty. Toppings were right on - fresh cilantro and onions. Salsa and tortilla chips were homemade. Super friendly service and smiling faces. The whole experience was great.“

“Hear this was opening and so glad we stopped in. We were greeted and showed to our table immediately. The staff was so happy and friendly- it was contagious! The indoor was so clean and the painting on the wall were amazing. The chips, salsa and queso were so good. Our entrees came quickly and hot. Everything was so good and there was so much we had to take it with us. They told us they are opening another side and a patio. Can't wait to come back!!“

“We have had dinner here 3 times recently! Always looking for local establishments to support! Highly recommend this one! The servers have been wonderful!! All the food we have choosen has been very good! Every time our son comes in town we try a new place between here and Cincinnati and so far this has been his favorite! He had the street tacos and raved about them! It does take just a little bit of time to get our food however, it is 100% worth it because it’s so fresh and hot and very tasty! please do give this place a try, you won’t regret it!“

“It was good. The cheese sauce dip is great. I had the fajita for 1, and it could have easily fed my guest and me. Took a little time to get refills or any kind of service, but I think it was because of where we sat. Would I go again? Yes, I would, but maybe earlier in the day, to see the vibe it has then or have different possible seating choices. Overall... satisfying the hunger it does. I have been to better places for Hispanic style food.“

“I had the Lunch Fajitas, and although they were delicious, I thought the portion size was a little small (but it's lunch so...?) Everything else was very good and it is a nice, truly cozy place. The service was good and the prices were not outrageous, so I'll probably be back soon.“

“I’ve been going here for years and this place will forever be my favorite restaurant. The employees are always very friendly. They ask how you are doing before and after your meal, and smile often. And the food is to die for! The chips and salsa is always flavorful and extremely delicious. The cheese dip isn’t free but is definitely worth the money in my opinion, it’s always so tasty and hits the spot every time. I 100% recommend eating here for lunch or dinner.“

“He Said: We got here at 9 after a longish drive and were concerned they were closing early when we saw they had chairs up on tables and just a few folks left, but they welcomed us in. The remaining patrons all seemed to know each other or the staff so there was lots of fun chatter and people enjoying a calm Friday night. We ordered a well-earned margarita and, based on previous reviews, knew to ask for the other salsas they have (other than what they bring with the basket of chips). The habañero one is properly spicy and still tasty and the tomatillo one was bright and flavorful. Because I grew up eating them in San Diego I ordered taquitos and they were great. They were clearly hand-rolled and with a generous amount of beef inside. So good. She Said: I was so happy to see this place within easy walking distance of our hotel, and we were welcomed with a smile despite arriving as they were obviously cleaning up for the night. The margarita hit the spot, and we tried to refrain from filling up on chips and salsa--as He noted the salsa was great. The chips weren't anything special, but just served as vehicles for the tasty salsa, so that's fine. The true star of the show was the pork in the carnitas tacos. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was some of the best meat I've ever had in a taco. It was perfectly cooked and its flavor was complemented by the toppings--especially if you mix the tomatillo salsa with just a bit of the habanero. All in all, i would be happy to eat one of these tacos every day for the rest of my life, and I'm sad that I'll probably never be coming through this town again and won't get to have another. But the memory will live on! Potty Points: No trip to the potty for me this time!“

“We stopped by on a whim, and boy were we so pleasantly surprised!!! We've been to many Mexican and TexMex places so we assumed this would be not much different. WRONG! The menu has so many more options--including my favorite horchata beverage! The salsa was so delicious, as were the refried beans, and everything else. The service is fantastic! We did not have to wait for drink refills or someone to check back with us. Our food arrived quickly and as ordered. They were working together so well, so KUDOS!!! It has a fun and laid back atmosphere which is perfect for all family and friends. We will definitely be back!“

“Absolutely love this restaurant! I generally order pick up using their online ordering or over the phone and it has always went smoothly. Never had to wait on an order longer than the estimated prep time, and the staff was always super friendly and efficient with their service! The restaurant is very pretty inside, and i have eaten in twice as well and had a great experience. Definitely go here if you want some amazing mexican food!“

“This place is absolutely amazing my only complaint is there not open enough. There foods absolutely amazing, I think the gentleman runs it all by himself which is sad cause he def needs help keeping up with the demand of the amazing food they have. I don't think he realizes how amassed his food really is.“

“Went in here with a friend for lunch and we both got gorditas and quesadillas. I got a chicken gordita and a chorizo quesadilla, both of which were completely stuffed with cheese and meat. They use Oaxaca cheese which is always a beautiful thing and they do not skimp on the protein. It ended up being too much food for one sitting after you threw in the refried beans and rice but it was a lot of quality Mexican food for around 20 bucks. The gordita itself is only like 6 bucks and would be a perfect snack/small meal on the go. Definitely coming back.“

“Fun Friday dinner. Attentive staff and good Mexican food. Love their portions are a little smaller and pricing in line. Keep this restaurant in mind next time you are looking for a Mexican restaurant to try out. Fajitas were a great value.“

“We have ate here a few times. Usually we go to shop a couple times per month at their market next door (Supermercardo Garcia) to get cooking ingredients for my wife's (latina) authentic home- country dishes. I will admit that if I wasn't fluent in Spanish it could be tough to get some of the small particular things across. However, every waitress that's served us has at least spoke broken English. Quality has always been really good there, and pricing is in line with others. Never had any issue with food being warm or waitress being slow. We always have a great experience. I would suggest any of the tacos, tilapia and save room for dessert, order the Flan - it's the BOMB!“

“Having lived in California and Texas for years, I've become skeptical of eating anything called Mexican food away from a border state. However...while El Toro Bravo is more Tex-Mex than actual Mexican, I'm glad I gave this place a chance. The steak and rice I ate was perfectly respectable and very flavorful. The waiters were as nice as they could be. And, it seemed like everybody in the neighborhood was in there, as indicated by how hopping the restaurant was. I'd return.“
