We got some pick up and ran into our first ever issue. I called the store and the manager George was both attentive and accommodating to my issue and it was fixed by himself and I couldn't be happier. In a world where the art of customer service seems dead, George has renewed my Faith that problems can be solved if people just communicate. “Ordered via drive thru on the evening of 5/21. The staff were so incredibly friendly! The guy taking our order had a great personality, my kids and I left smiling and laughing. The only way I know how to describe him was he had great hair. Our order was accurate and fresh. It was a refreshing experience. Many times in drive thrus people can be cold and rude. This was the opposite. Kudos to the young guys working that evening for interacting with the customer and making us feel valued instead of like a burden for being there.“

“We first stopped in to El Taco Feliz about two months after the location on 42 opened. It quickly became a favorite of ours, we now stop in as much as 4-6 times per week. Got the 3 chicken tacos and every bite was on point perfectly seasoned, topped with fresh cilantro and onions, and packed with flavor. “The restaurant was much smaller than I expected; but don't let that detract from the quality and portion sizes of the food.

The salsa had a very nice spicy kick to it, without being over bearing; and the queso was spot on taste wise. (Could've been a bit warmer)

I was part of a larger party, so I'll only say that my meal (steak fajitas, rice and beans) was awesome!!! (I don't do guacamole or sour cream)

“Love this restaurant! I live half a mile away and this place is such a wonderful addition to the area. The restaurant’s atmosphere is adorable, fun and colorful. Just a happy and festive place to unwind. Employees are always so friendly and attentive, such sweet people. Great food as well! My boyfriend is obsessed with the Birria Ramen and eats it most visits. I’m a huge fan of the chicken soup, it’s pure comfort food. Tried a few different things… great fajitas, wonderful assortment of authentic Mexican dishes. Really every dish I’ve tried I enjoyed. Our group doesn’t drink and decided to splurge on virgin strawberry daiquiris. Was blown away at how cute the tray of drinks was when it came to the table. So not only do they have a full bar, they can make delicious mocktails! Can’t wait to go back, they always make us feel special. Wonderful people, food and drinks.

Mi Cabana is great for parties and they have lots of outdoor space and a volley ball court. Highly recommend.“

Bomb tacos as well, served freshly grill with a grilled sweet onion and I think shishito pepper. Anyways, absolutely bargain.“

“I love Mexican food and 35 40 years I've not found a decent Mexican restaurant no matter what I lived in the country until I came back to Cincinnati and my favorite waiter from one Mexican restaurant that I thought was pretty good. End up getting his own restaurant and it's completely up to the standards of what a Mexican restaurant should be it's outstanding his service is fantastic the food is unbelievably good and the prices are very reasonable.

“Chuy's continues to be one of our go to's for awesome Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant looks so fun and the people have been so nice to us and that was definitely no different this time. On this occasion I got their Steak Burrito which was stuffed with steak, Jack cheese, and Hatch Green Chile sauce. The steak and cheese was excellent with great flavour cooked into the steak. The Hatch Green Chile sauce however was a bit disappointing with it being advertised as being spicy but lacked both spice or really any flavour at all. Even so the the steak and cheese did make up for the shortcomings of the sauce for me. The Mexican rice was excellent as well. All in all another great visit to Chuy's.“

I’m a traveling chef and a Texas girl, and I came in for lunch today. Let me say this upfront...being up here in the North, not everyone has been kind, and not everywhere understands real hospitality. That’s just been my experience traveling.
But this place right here? Completely different.
This spot stays JAM-PACKED...so packed there was no parking, and I had to park at the bank next door just to get in. I’ve driven by it many times, always seeing it busy, and today I finally said, okay, I’m going in.
From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile. When I sat down, I was greeted again....warm, attentive, genuine customer service. From the front door to the bar, every single person delivered. That alone earns respect.
Now let’s talk about the experience.
There’s a huge bowling alley inside....and yes, I literally did a double take walking out. We have places like this in Texas, but this one is just cool, well-run, and full of life.
I ordered a strawberry margarita, and that right there stood out...refreshing, balanced, and done right. I also had the mixed fajitas, and they were hot, flavorful, and satisfying, exactly what you want when you order fajitas.
Despite how busy it was, the service never slipped. The energy stayed positive, the smiles were real, and the hospitality was consistent.

“Soco's was a dandy local Mexican restaurant located in Fort Mitchell Kentucky. It was a rather small joint but had a rather vast menu of all sorts of Mexican favourites. We started with an appetizer of one of our Mexican staples; that being the Chori-Queso (they named it the "Queso Con Chorizo.") It was a great balance of the cheese and chorizo and made for a dandy dip. For my main course I tried the Chapala Plato which was 2 Chimichitos A Chimichito is a deep fried totortilla filled with choice of protein (I chose chicken), topped with cheddar cheese, and lettuce which I had left off. They were quite tasty as the chicken had tons of great flavour and the cheese was nice as always. The plate also came with refried beans and Mexican rice with the rice being especially delicious. This was a very tasty and also very inexpensive plate of food which is never a bad thing. The service was superb and restaurant was fun, vibrant, and festive. This a real treat to find and we can't wait to come back.“

The hot sauces are made in house and delicious, the red one is chilies and peanuts which I've never had before but was amazing! We can't wait to go back and try EVERYTHING. They have squash flower and corn smut tacos which are more options you don't often find outside of Mexico. Very happy with this place and you should go support them!!
