Great food ! the first time trying them out & seeing their food truck. It was a great experience & the people are very friendly.
El Mezquital has the absolute BEST Mexican food I have found in Kentucky. As well as outstanding customer service. I am from San Diego, CA originally and have been hunting for tacos that taste like home for 2 years. The day I found El Mezquital, I found a piece of home. The food is incredible. The employees are so kind and put up with my awful Spanish. They make everyone feel at home with their food and kindness. I will never stop supporting this food truck!!
Super friendly staff 🖤 as long as there’s people, they’re gonna close late. I ran into them on a late night errand run past midnight and I’m so glad I did. Can’t wait to go back and try some pambazos.

The machetes especial and tacos are perfectly cooked and made with love. The customer service is outstanding, and the employees are kind, making everyone feel at home with their food and kindness. It is the single best food truck, and a piece of home for those craving authentic tacos.
