“This was a very horrible dining experience we ordered there ribeye and added there bacon jam to steak when steak came out both were missing bacon jam the waiter took off before we could tell him finally got the bacon jam on side my steak was tasteless the salad maby had 5 sprigs of cheese on it garlic vegetables almost tasteless small portions when waiter brought our bill he held it in his hand not showing us and said I will take your payment my husband said can I see bill first lol oh ya and handed it to us 85.00 the steaks were 32 00 a piece the menu in restaurant said 27.00 and on line menu said they were 26 the waiter said inflation let me get manager who said the online menu was not there’s in one breath and in next breath said said he would let them know to change it and walked off we were from Illinois visiting ark encounter it was our anniversary so I will be sure to tell everyone in Illinois if they visit Don’t eat here and I scratched out tip on receipt I always leave an 18 to 20 percent tip but not today here’s your tip you are rude and outrageously priced”

“we had a party of 6 we called ahead and still waited 30 min then we got seated and I was atleast satisfied we could sit down then it took a hour in a half to receive our food so the manager did come over and took 40 off for the inconvenience which was appreciated however when we were able to finally eat then our food was cold and my potatoes had curdled sour cream and it was completely nasty and it wasn't just my food all 6 of our food was not cooked well and was disgusting 🤢 and cold we should of had free meal as it was absolutely the worst”

Great dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse tonight. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken and the chopped steak were both on point—flavorful, cooked perfectly, and absolutely worth the calories. Our friends placed an online order for pickup before we left, and it was ready exactly when it was supposed to be (love when that actually happens). Great food, smooth pickup, and zero complaints—always a win.”

“This is regarding the location inside Turfway Park Racing and Gaming in Florence Kentucky.. Husband and I wanted to come out and watch the band that was there this past Saturday night. Apparently they have a new table service 'rule' in effect. if I understand it correctly, in order to sit at a table and watch the band which doesn't start until 9:30 or later, you MUST order $50 worth of food and or drinks. After the 2 hours that you are there, if you want to stay longer, they will charge you an additional $50. Who are they to tell people how much they must spend on food and drinks? We stood outside of the railing actually in the casino and watched the band for the 1st set.. We saw a couple sitting at a small round table in front of us only order two alcoholic beverages the whole time they were there.. so you are telling me that you expect two people to sit at your table and if they are not ordering food, you expect them to spend $50 on alcohol in order to sit at the table? Unless I am misunderstanding,,, needless to say, we will never ever step foot inside of this restaurant to eat or drink.”

“Outstanding customer service. Wife and I and 1 year old grandson went to Fuji for wife's birthday dinner. Just as chef starts cooking my grandson gets ill (vomiting). Wife runs him to restroom and I get help from staff for floor. The staff assisted my wife with bringing her warm towels to clean him up bags to put dirty clothes into. Once we got him changed they helped us box our untouched meals and got us the check promptly. The staff went above and beyond to help us get our little guy cleaned and get our food prepped and out the door as we didn't want to upset other guests. My wife ate her meal at home and said it was great.”

“I knew it would be a cool place when the door knobs were gas pumps. Everything was detailed down to the napkin rings. It lived up to its name for sure. The food was amazing! Our waitress Cozy, I can't say enough about her. They have different types of food here but they're all beef chicken and Turkey and I got a sandwich called Joe Walter name after retired Cincinnati Bengal player and it is turkey and Black Angus roast beef together and it's very good and their soups are so good too. They also have the best pickles they are garlic pickles and are so very good. Anyone that comes here would enjoy the food and leave with a smile on her face.”

The salsa had a very nice spicy kick to it, without being over bearing; and the queso was spot on taste wise. (Could've been a bit warmer)

On this occasion I got their Steak Burrito which was stuffed with steak, Jack cheese, and Hatch Green Chile sauce. The steak and cheese was excellent with great flavour cooked into the steak. The Hatch Green Chile sauce however was a bit disappointing with it being advertised as being spicy but lacked both spice or really any flavour at all. Even so the the steak and cheese did make up for the shortcomings of the sauce for me. The Mexican rice was excellent as well. All in all another great visit to Chuy's.”

The dining experience is fantastic, you really feel transported back to the old glamour of Hollywood. You absolutely have to order the frozen martini. Service is usually fine, slowish sometimes but polite servers. The food makes it worth it. They never make you feel rushed and it's a pretty calm place. Thanks for the awesome rolls! “This is a antique shop, not sure about the food. I just want to express my mother passed away 2 years ago. People had stolen valuables from her home that she worked so hard for, cherished. My mother never bothered a soul, very private, great all around American citizen. Due to my poor judgement trying to help friends in need they were stealing my mother's things and taking them to this antique shop to sell them cost irrelevant they should have never been stolen and or sold. I, 1st time walked in this shop with a friend and spotted immediately my late mothers dishes etc. I panicked, want real sure who, how, why they were there. I immediately notified the purchasing rep (owner) Tiffany told her my story. Without question, care, concern she immediately started boxing, bagging ALL of my mother's things. I offered to pay her. She absolutely refused any amount of money. No questions etc she expressed her sympathy, she expressed her unaware. She stated to me description without name as she also stated she would not ever sell to this couple again. That was a very kind gesture as she did not have to take any type of loss. She is a business woman her honesty will forever hold a special place in my heart as she will be rewarded 10 fold for her good deeds. It's hard these days to trust people. Tiffany you rock sister. My wife and I are huge into coffee, and almost every place we went was hit or miss depending on who is working at the time, but the 7-Brew in Florence has been spot on and consistent every time, and for being the best, they are priced incredibly well. Their only downside is they are doing too well as traffic becomes a problem from time to time due to their popularity.”

“Major improvements lately. I had a couple bad experiences a year or two ago but I have ordered from here twice in the last 2 weeks and the pizza has been amazing. The only complaint I have is the clumsy online ordering that they have not very intuitive.
Other than that, this place is great. Very friendly staff putting out very good quality food!

“I stopped into Chick-fil-A today for lunch and ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with a cup of fruit. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and perfectly made—crispy chicken, soft bun, and plenty of toppings. The fruit cup was a nice lighter side option and everything tasted fresh.

As always, the service was quick and friendly, even during the lunch rush, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Chick-fil-A consistently delivers on both food and customer experience, and today was no exception.

“I hadn't been to a Fazoli's un a long while so it was high time we returned. Their breadsticks continue to head up my Best Breadstick lust as the garlic flavour along with the size and texture put them right at the top for me. They're also endless as long as you're getting a meal and eating in the dining room. They've got some really good pasta dishes that I've talked about in past reviews but on this occasion I went with a sub and some boneless wings. The sub was a Classic Meatball one with the meatballs, marinara sauce, pepperoni and of course tons of mozzarella. It was a little ugly to look at but is sure tasted delicious. The boneless wings I got Hot which was a Buffalo sauce with a small bit of kick. They were quite good and a lot better than I would expect from a fast food Italian restaurant. Really good flavour even if they weren't that spicy (could be just my spice pallette too. I sometimes don't taste the spice when others do.) The service was top notch and the store was clean which wasn't always the case in the past. A very tasty and affordable lunch at Fazolis.”

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.”

“The staff at this Steak 'n Shake are wonderful! We had a belated Christmas get together (place requested by my granddaughters). We had a large group and large order. It took awhile, but it was noon so you would expect it. They brought out free fries for the girls while we waited. Everyone was so nice and our food was hot and fresh!”
